★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Europaquartier der Erste Bank am Hauptbahnhof .Den ganzen Tag viele Kunden .Räumliche Dimensionierung für Bedeutung,Lage und Zahl der Kunden etwas zu knapp kalkuliert .Auch Ausstattung mit Geräten.könnte deutlich verbessert werden .Personal wechselt regelmäßig, ist aber jung ,sehr ambitioniert,sehr freundlich ,stressresistent und in hohem Masse kompetent .
Erste Bank's Europa district at the main train station. Lots of customers all day. Spatial dimensions calculated a little too tight for importance, location and number of customers. Equipment with devices could also be improved significantly. Staff changes regularly, but they are young, very ambitious, very friendly, stress-resistant and highly competent.

The desk clerk spoke excellent English, really took a lot of time to answer all questions and assisted in every possible way. I will definitely send other students there as well. Thank you!
