A	Aladin Salman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute, 6.4.2022, um ca. 9 Uhr obwohl ich seit 4 Monaten einen Termin mit Dr. Kruger habe, war ich heute in der Ordination und ich musste ca. eine Stunde warten, obwohl ich einen Termin habe. Dann ruft mich der andere Arzt auf. Nach der Untersuchung habe ich mit der Ordinationsdame, welche am Abmelden-Schalter sitzt, geredet und diese gefragt, warum ich nicht zu dem Arzt gekommen bin, bei dem eigentlich einen Termin hatte. Diese meinte, dass dies so bei ihnen sei, da diese eine Gruppenpraxis seien und wenn mir das nicht gefällt, dann solle ich einen anderen Arzt aufsuchen. Erstens finde ich dieses Benehmen sehr frech und unfreundlich und zweitens ist das für mich eine Art von Betrug, wenn ich einen Termin bei einem gewissen Arzt habe, dann aber zu einem anderen geschickt werde. Auf jeden Fall ist diese Ordination einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Today, April 6th, 2022, at about 9 a.m. although I have had an appointment with Dr. Kruger, I was in the surgery today and had to wait about an hour, even though I have an appointment. Then the other doctor calls me. After the examination, I spoke to the receptionist who was sitting at the check-out counter and asked her why I hadn't come to the doctor with whom I had an appointment. She said that this was the case with them because they were a group practice and if I didn't like it then I should see another doctor. First, I find this behavior very rude and rude, and second, I see it as a form of cheating when I have an appointment with a certain doctor but am then sent to another. In any case, this ordination is simply not recommended.

Man hat noch nicht einmal die Jacke ausgezogen, schon wird man das erste Mal aufgerufen! Aber das Entscheidende ist ja die Behandlung: die Untersuchungen passen genau, unser Optiker freut sich immer, wenn wir neue Brillen brauchen, denn die Vorgaben passen genau! Wir sind in Behandlung bei Fr. Dr. Franz, immer freundlich, immer positiv, daran sollten sich anderer Ordinationen ein Beispiel nehmen!!!! I am always amazed by the great organization in the practice of Dr. Grace! You haven't even taken off your jacket before you're called for the first time! But the most important thing is the treatment: the examinations fit exactly, our optician is always happy when we need new glasses, because the specifications fit exactly! We are being treated by Fr. Dr. Franz, always friendly, always positive, other ordinations should follow this example!!!!

Obwohl ich kurz vor Schluss da war waren ALLE super freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben mir das Gefühl gegeben in guten Händen zu sein! Klare weiter Empfehlung meinerseits!! Danke. Die Termine werden eingehalten und es gibt kurze Wartezeiten zwischen den verschiedenen Untersuchungen. Die Ordi ist mit allen Geräten auf den neuesten Stand. Mir gefällt auch, dass die 3G Regel genau kontrolliert wird, und im Wartezimmer ist genug Platz um Abstand zu halten. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, obwohl es jetzt in der Pandemie nicht einfach ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, wir können die Ordi nur weiterempfehlen. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Franz. The appointments are kept and there are short waiting times between the various examinations. The Ordi is up to date with all devices. I also like that the 3G rule is tightly controlled and there is enough space in the waiting room to keep your distance. The entire team is very friendly and hard-working, although it's not easy now in the pandemic. We are very satisfied, we can only recommend the Ordi.
K	Klaus Friedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brauchte Termin für neue Brille. Termine aber ausgebucht. Anruf in Ordination, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin suchte nach einem frühen Einschubtermin. Innerhalb von einer Woche wurde mir ein Termin angeboten. Sehr lobenswert, da dieser Termin dringend benötigt wurde. Auch beim Termin lief alles reibungslos, freundlich und gut organisiert ab. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und es wurden etliche Untersuchungen durchgeführt. Top Team. Needed an appointment for new glasses. Dates but fully booked. Called the ordination, the very friendly employee was looking for an early insertion date. I was offered an appointment within a week. Very commendable as this appointment was urgently needed. During the appointment, too, everything went smoothly, in a friendly and well-organized manner. All employees were very friendly and a number of examinations were carried out. Top team.
M	Mirela Becirovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witzloser gehts nicht! Zum Arzt selbst kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich soweit nicht gekommen bin aber die Ordination ist keine Empfehlung wert! Als ich zum telefonisch vereinbarten Termin mit zwei Kindern kam, wurde mir erklärt dass ich keinen Termin habe. Sie hätten sich einen anderen Termin im System vermerkt und ich hätte Pech (man könne mir in ca. 2 Monaten zwei Termine anbieten - alle geht nun doch nicht auf einmal - weil Neupatienten!) Aber der „freundliche Hinweis“ - ich könnte woanders hingehen wenn ich unzufrieden bin, der kam öfter! Um es abzukürzen- ich nahm das Angebot an, woanders hinzugehen! Man muss sich wirklich nicht alles bieten lassen! It doesn't get any funnier! I can't say anything about the doctor himself because I haven't gotten that far, but the practice is not worth recommending! When I came to the appointment that I had made over the phone with two children, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. They would have noted another appointment in the system and I would have been unlucky (they could offer me two appointments in about 2 months - they can't all be done at once - because they're new patients!) But the "friendly tip" - I could go somewhere else if I'm dissatisfied, it came more often! To cut a long story short- I accepted the offer to go elsewhere! You really don't have to accept everything!
