Mir wurde unfreundlich gesagt, sie nehmen keine neuen Patienten, ich solle wo anders hin gehen! Got conjunctivitis and asked to prescribe a drug or something similar! I was rudely told they are not taking new patients, I should go somewhere else!

Kann die negativen Kommentare leider nicht nachvollziehen und kann jedem empfehlen sich bei Augenproblemen an diese Ordination zu wenden. Top! A	Alfred Weigl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit Jahren immer wieder zu Untersuchungen - zuletzt Kontrolle der Sehschärfe - in dieser Ordination, die negativen Rezensionen (unfreundlich, überheblich) kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, im Gegenteil, vom telefonischen Kontakt bis zum Empfang in der Ordination freundlich und zuvorkommend - vielleicht liegt es manchmal auch daran, wie man als Patient den Mitarbeitern begegnet... Da ich keine Ausbildung in der Augenheilkunde habe, maße ich mir nicht an, die Fachkompetenz der Frau Professor zu beurteilen. Ich habe allerdings die Erfahrung gemacht, daß sie auf meine Probleme eingegangen ist, Untersuchungen in Ruhe durchgeführt hat und mir das Ergebnis zB an Hand eines Augenmodells erklärt und die weitere Vorgehensweise besprochen hat. Ich habe mich jedenfalls immer sehr gut betreut und sicher gefühlt und werde auch weiterhin die ärztliche Hilfe der Frau Dr. Ruhswurm in Anspruch nehmen. Um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen: ich bin kein Privatpatient sondern ein ganz normaler "Krankenkassenpatient" Alfred Weigl For years I have been repeatedly for examinations - most recently checking my visual acuity - in this ordination, I cannot understand the negative reviews (unfriendly, arrogant), on the contrary, from the telephone contact to the reception in the ordination, friendly and courteous - maybe it is sometimes also about how you as a patient meet employees ... H	Hans Binder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von Dozentin Ruhswurm an beiden Augen kataraktoperiert und sehe wieder hervorragend. Sie arbeitet ruhig, professionell und kompetent. Die Ordinationshilfen sind ausgesprochen freundlich und auch in schwierigen Situationen hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Ordination nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen! I had cataract surgery on both eyes by the lecturer Ruhwurm and I see excellent again. She works calmly, professionally and competently. The ordination assistants are extremely friendly and helpful even in difficult situations. I can only recommend the ordination unreservedly!
m	meller333 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fachlich schon kompetent (Fr. Dr. Ruhswurm, als auch die Mitarbeiter) und das ist wohl das Wichtigste, wenn man zum Augenarzt geht. Fühle mich hier im Großen und Ganzen gut behandelt. Lobenswert ist besonders die Dame in der Optometrie (ich glaube so heißt das..jedenfalls dort wo die benötigten Brillen ausgemessen werden :) ) Verbesserungspotential gibts an den Umgangsformen in der Rezeption (das haben ja schon viele kritisiert hier) und ein wenig an der "Fliesbandabarbeitung" (da wird schon mal einiges übersehen, was bereits in alten Befunden klar ersichtlich ist). Technically competent (Ms. Dr. Ruhswurm, as well as the staff) and that is probably the most important thing when you go to the ophthalmologist. On the whole, I feel well treated here. The lady in optometry is particularly praiseworthy (I think that's what it's called ... in any case where the required glasses are measured :)) There is room for improvement in the manners in the reception (many have criticized that here) and a little in the "assembly line processing" (some things are overlooked, which is already evident in old reports).

Sie hingegen wollte mich nur abwimmeln und nicht ausreden lassen. Eine zutiefst erniedrigende Erfahrung. Menschlich eine Enttäuschung. Found her very arrogant and condescending. Went to another doctor who found acute inflammation and helped quickly. She, on the other hand, just wanted to get rid of me and not let me finish. A deeply humiliating experience. Human a disappointment.
