Nimmt sich 2 Minuten Zeit, hört nicht zu, macht keine Befundbesprechung, überweist nur ans Spital. Der eine Stern gilt den Damen am Empfang. Disaster the way this doctor speaks to patients. Like being the last idiot. Unfriendly and unfriendly. Takes 2 minutes of his time, does not listen, does not discuss the findings, just transfers to the hospital. One star goes to the ladies at reception.

Doktor Stifter und nach meinem heutigen Besuch stellte ich fest, dass es trotz Coronaauflagen weder von der Freundlichkeit noch von der Terminierung bis hin zur Behandlung incl Beratung Einbußen gibt! Kurzum, selbst vor Corona und vollem Wartezimmer nimmt sie sich immer Zeit für ein paar nette Worte und das einzige was ich heute wirklich vermisst habe war ihr freundlicher Händedruck, dass ja nicht ihr geschuldet werden kann. Es gibt keinen Arzttermin den ich so angenehm empfinde wie bei ihr??? früher fuhr ich sogar extra vom 10. Bezirk zu ihr, weil sie die Einzige war die mich unmittelbar nach meiner Operation als neuen Patient aufgenommen hat???????????? I have been with Ms. Doktor Stifter since 2012 and after my visit today I found out that, despite the corona requirements, there is no loss of friendliness or scheduling or treatment including advice! In short, even in front of Corona and a full waiting room, she always takes time for a few nice words and the only thing I really missed today was her friendly handshake, which cannot be owed to her. There is no doctor's appointment that I find as pleasant as with her??? in the past I even drove to her from the 10th district because she was the only one who accepted me as a new patient immediately after my operation??????? ?????
A	Anneliese Link on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Nach meiner Star-Op hatte ich einen Kontrolltermin bei Frau Dr. Stifter vereinbart. Die Kontrollen werden nach einer OP nicht im Krankenhaus sondern bei einer niedergelassenen Augenärztin durchgeführt. Offensichtlich weiß dies Frau Dr. Stifter nicht, denn Sie verwies mich ans Krankenhaus. Da ich aber den Termin bei ihr vereinbart hatte, bestand ich auf die Kontrolle, die sie nur sehr unwillig durchführte. Man darf keine Fragen stellen - wenn man Antwort bekam dann nur sehr kurz und schroff! Nach ca. 5 Minuten wurde ich unfreundlich hinauskomplimentiert, die Kontrolle war nicht zufriedenstellend für mich. Ich habe mich dann dazu entschlossen die Kontrolle bei den Barmherzigen Brüdern durchführen zu lassen, wo ich als Patientin willkommen war. Unfortunately not to be recommended. After my star-op, I had a check-up appointment with Dr. Founder agreed. After an operation, the controls are not carried out in the hospital but by a resident ophthalmologist. Apparently Dr. Donor not, because you referred me to the hospital. But since I had made the appointment with her, I insisted on the control, which she carried out only very reluctantly. You are not allowed to ask questions - if you got an answer then only very briefly and harshly! After about 5 minutes I was unfriendly complimented, the control was not satisfactory for me. I then decided to have the merciful brothers carry out the check-up, where I was welcome as a patient.
M	Melanie Planinc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim ersten Mal (November), konnten sie meinen Termin nicht im Computer finden- obwohl bei bei Terminvereinbarung noch gesagt wurde - ohne Auto kommen! - ich konnte nicht drangenommen werden obwohl ich mir extra einen Urlaubstag genommen habe! Heute, der Ersatz Termin- aufgrund Omikron hat die Arztpraxis (die einzige die ich kenne- selbst beim Zahnarzt muss man nichts vorweisen) plötzlich 2,5G Kontrolle. Angeblich seit Jänner. Angerufen hat niemand- Ich hatte gestern einen Test gemacht (für die Arbeit) jedoch das Ergebnis noch nicht bekommen Zack- neuer Termin muss her ? wenn man jedoch sagt, man ist geimpft wird das nicht kontrolliert- das ist doch ein Witz -hätt ich das nur vorher gewusst. Hauptsache die E-Card stecken- obwohl ich noch nie dort behandelt wurde. Nochmal bekommen sie meine E-Card nicht ? Zur Ärztin kann ich nicht viel sagen, soweit bin ich trotz 2 Terminen nicht gekommen.. The first time (November), they couldn't find my appointment on the computer - although when I made the appointment they said - come without a car! - I could not be answered even though I took an extra day off! Today, the replacement appointment - due to Omikron, the doctor's office (the only one I know - even at the dentist you don't have to show anything) suddenly have a 2.5G control. Allegedly since January. Nobody called - I did a test yesterday (for work) but didn't get the result yet Zack - a new appointment is needed ? However, if you say you have been vaccinated, it will not be checked - that's a joke - if only I had known that beforehand. The main thing is to insert the e-card, although I have never been treated there. They don't get my e-card again ? I can't say much about the doctor, I didn't get that far despite 2 appointments..
V	Victoria S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie bereits andere Patienten bemerkten kann auch ich nur bestätigen dass man sehr unfreundlich und schroff behandelt wird. Keine Geduld, wird im Ton laut, ich frage mich wieso so jemand praktiziert ...der eine Stern ist nur weil man einen angeben muss, sonst würde ich null verteilen. As other patients have already noticed, I can only confirm that you are treated very unfriendly and harshly. No patience, gets loud in the tone, I wonder why someone like that practices...the one star is only because you have to give one, otherwise I would give zero.
P	Paula Popovici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal und die Frau Doktor sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wohl. Leider sind mir die Wartezeiten viel zu lang, Zeit ist sehr kostbar. Die kann mir niemand zurück geben. Ich hatte einen Termin um 9:45, genommen wurde ich um 11 Uhr. Ansonsten alles super. Liebe Grüße The staff and the doctor are friendly and accommodating. You feel good. Unfortunately, the waiting times are far too long for me, time is very valuable. Nobody can give me that back. I had an appointment at 9:45 a.m. and was taken at 11 a.m. Otherwise everything great. Best wishes
J	Jenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe!! Hab heute 12:00 angerufen weil ich Schmerzen am linken Auge hatte. Die Dame meinte, dass ich um 14:45 eingeschoben werde was leider nicht der Fall war. Ich musste 3 Stunden warten und die Ärztin war sehr unfreundlich und meinte dass sie mir beide Augen eintropfen MUSS obwohl ich mehrmals ausdrücklich gesagt habe, dass ich nur das linke angeschaut haben möchte, da mit dem anderen alles in Ordnung war.
B	Buggs Bunny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich mache etwa einmal alle drei Jahre eine Kontrolle beim Augenarzt, diesmal bei Frau Dr. Stifter. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, das Personal und die Frau Dr. waren durchaus hilfsbereit und kompetent. Der Umgang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, vor allem seitens der Arztin. Lediglich die Wartezeit war etwas lang (30min trotz Termin), allerdings ist das heutzutage hier kein Sonderfall. I go to the ophthalmologist for a check-up about once every three years, this time with Dr. donor. I cannot understand the negative reviews, the staff and Dr. were very helpful and competent. The handling was also very friendly, especially on the part of the doctor. Only the waiting time was a bit long (30 minutes despite an appointment), but that's not a special case here these days.
