Vom Seetest, neue Fassung aussuchen, Anpassung und schlussendlich Abholung der neuen Brille kann ich sagen einfach top! Sehr kompetent, äußerst freundlich und toll auf meine persönlichen Wünsche eingegangen!!! DICKES LOB!!! I have been a satisfied Fielmann customer for many years. This time I was looked after by Mrs. Damjanovic, SCN branch. From the sea test, choose a new frame, adjust it and finally pick up the new glasses, I can say simply great! Very competent, extremely friendly and responded to my personal requests in a great way! THUMBS UP!!!

Sie hat sich für mich als Kunde die Zeit genommen die ich gebraucht habe und hatte sofort ein Auge für meinem Geschmack getroffen und mir sehr geholfen bei der richtigen Wahl meiner Brille. Seit paar Wochen trage ich die Brille und bin immer noch sehr zufrieden. Mfg I bought my second pair of glasses from Fielman and was advised by a very nice lady from Ms. Maan. She took the time I needed for me as a customer and immediately had an eye for my taste and helped me a lot with the right choice of glasses. I've been wearing the glasses for a few weeks and I'm still very satisfied. Kind regards

Als ich nach 10 Minuten im Geschäft noch immer nicht angesprochen wurde ob ich Hilfe brauche (die zwei offensichtlichen Verkäuferinnen hatten anscheinend viel zu besprechen) bin ich gegangen. Sonst waren dort auch keine anderen Kunden aber wenn nicht das mindeste Interesse an einem gezeigt wird dann geht man halt zur Konkurrenz. I wanted to look at glasses there a good 6 weeks ago and have the costs calculated. When after 10 minutes in the shop I was still not asked whether I needed help (the two obvious saleswomen apparently had a lot to talk about) I left. Otherwise there weren't any other customers either, but if they don't show the slightest interest in you then you just go to the competition.

Sie hat mehrmals nachgefragt um auch wirklich das Beste rauszuholen und ich bekam nicht nur eine neue Brille sondern auch meine alte Brille konnte repariert werden und eine Ersatzbrille erhielt ich ebenfalls. Auch als die Gläser nicht wie gewünscht eingesetzt wurden, wurde dies umgehend geändert. Also vielen Dank! I was looked after by Ms. Eva Maan regarding my choice of glasses and I am very satisfied with the end result. She asked several times to really get the best out of it and not only did I get new glasses, but also my old glasses could be repaired and I also received replacement glasses. Even when the glasses were not inserted as desired, this was changed immediately. So thank you very much!

Jetzt habe ich soeben eine zweite gscheite gekauft, die Beratung durch Eva Maan war total entspannt, auf dem Punkt, rasch, keine Bazarmethoden. Höchst zufrieden! Brille ist auch schon da (nach 4 Tagen)! Two years ago I bought the cheapest glasses there, even then super customer-friendly, eyesight was great, glasses also ok so far. Now I've just bought a second one, Eva Maan's advice was totally relaxed, to the point, quick, no bazaar methods. Highly satisfied! Glasses are already there (after 4 days)!

Ich bin bestimmt nicht so eine einfache Kundin, denn die Entscheidung fällt mir immer sehr schwer und ich brauche lange, bis ich mich mit einer neuen Fassung anfreunden kann. Aber ich wurde immer freundlich und kompetent beraten. Diesmal hat sich Fr. Maan ganz besonders darum bemüht, das Richtige für mich zu finden. Seit gestern habe ich die neue Brille und bin sehr zufrieden! I have been a Fielmann customer for a long time and I appreciate the large selection of glasses and the very good quality of the glasses. I'm definitely not that easy customer, because the decision is always very difficult for me and it takes me a long time to get used to a new version. But I was always given friendly and competent advice. This time, Ms. Maan went out of her way to find the right one for me. I have had the new glasses since yesterday and I am very satisfied!
