Leider war an diesem Tag keine Ordi und ich habe daher von einer Terminvereinbarung abgesehen, wollte es auf die nächste Woche verschieben. Wenige Minuten nach dem Telefonat wurde ich von der sehr netten Assistentin angerufen, dass ich sofort vorbeikommen kann auch wenn kein Patiententag ist. Zum Glück, denn die Behandlung war wie sich herausgestellt hat, äußerst dringend und ein Abwarten auf die nächste Woche sehr schlecht. Ein toller Arzt der sich viel Zeit nimmt und ein tolles Team mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sehr nettem Umgang und fachlicher Kompetenz, deren schnelle Reaktion mich sicher vor Schlimmerem bewahrt hat. Unfortunately there was no order that day and I therefore refrained from making an appointment and wanted to postpone it to next week. A few minutes after the phone call, I was called by the very nice assistant that I could come by immediately, even if it wasn't a patient's day. Luckily, because the treatment turned out to be extremely urgent and waiting for the next week was very bad. A great doctor who takes a lot of time and a great team with a high sense of responsibility, very nice interaction and professional competence, whose quick reaction certainly saved me from worse.
