Ich kann den Unmut hier zum Teil nicht verstehen-es gibt halt aktuell eine Maskenpflicht und Diese ist einzuhalten (auch bei Kindern). Das Team im Q19 ist jederzeit auf das herzlichste bemüht und sorgt durch ihre Kompetenz für ein wahres Einkaufserlebnis. Und dafür möchte ich Danke sagen!!! Dear Fielmann team: As always, I was given excellent advice. I partly cannot understand the displeasure here - there is currently a mandatory mask and this must be observed (also with children). The team in Q19 makes every effort to ensure that their shopping experience is genuine. And I want to say thank you for that !!!
B	Brigitte Ecker BA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich mit der Filiale Mariahilfer Straße (dort komme ich zurzeit nicht hin) vor einigen Jahren sehr zufrieden war, bestellte ich dieses Mal zwei Brillen um 17,50 Euro in der Filiale Q 19, die für mich zurzeit wesentlich leichter zu erreichen ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und erstklassig und beide Brillen rasch geliefert (Verständigung per SMS). Wenn man die Brille um 10 Euro pro Jahr versichert, kostet die Brille nichts und nach zwei Jahren kann man eine neue bestellen. Die Untersuchung war sehr schnell. Zu jeder Brille bekommt man ein Etui (die sind so fest, dass ich noch die von den alten Brillen habe) und ein Putztuch. Auch für die neue Brille bekam ich ein neues Etui und ein neues Putztuch. Sogar von einer geringen Verzögerung wird man verständigt. Wenn ich neue Brillen brauche, kaufe ich wieder dort. WICHTIG: JETZT NUR MEHR MIT TERMINVEREINBARUNG!!!! Since I was very satisfied with the Mariahilfer Strasse branch (I am not going there at the moment) a few years ago, this time I ordered two pairs of glasses for 17.50 euros from branch Q 19, which is currently much easier for me to reach. The staff is friendly and first class and both glasses are delivered quickly (notification by SMS). If you insure the glasses for 10 euros per year, the glasses cost nothing and after two years you can order new ones. The investigation was very quick. Each pair of glasses comes with a case (they are so stiff that I still have those from the old glasses) and a cleaning cloth. I also got a new case and a new cleaning cloth for the new glasses. You will even be notified of a slight delay. When I need new glasses, I buy there again. IMPORTANT: NOW ONLY MORE BY ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT !!!!

Ich brachte einige Sonnenbrillen, die ich noch nicht einmal bei Fielmann gekauft hatte und hatte auch in diesem Moment nicht vor etwas zu kaufen, sondern wollte fragen, ob man prüfen könnte, ob diese Sonnenbrillen tatsächlich guten UV Schutz haben. Die Antwort war Ja und das ganze wird kostenfrei durchgeführt! Der Mitarbeiter, Herr Sascha, bot mir sogar noch an, meine Brillen zu reinigen und neu einzurichten - wie gesagt, keine Fielmann Ware. Wo bekommt man so einen tollen, gratis, zuvorkommenden Service, obwohl man (noch) nicht einmal Kund*in ist?! Vielen Dank an den sehr netten Mitarbeiter für die Hilfe!! Auch hat die Filiale eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und ich kann sie definitive weiterempfehlen!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I brought some sunglasses that I hadn't even bought from Fielmann and at that moment I wasn't planning to buy anything either, but wanted to ask whether they could check whether these sunglasses actually had good UV protection. The answer was yes and the whole thing is done for free! The employee, Mr. Sascha, even offered me to clean and refurbish my glasses - as I said, no Fielmann goods. Where can you get such a great, free, courteous service, although you are not (yet) even a customer ?! Many thanks to the very nice staff for the help! The branch also has a very pleasant atmosphere and I can definitely recommend it!

Köpernick ist fachlich einfach top! und findet immer die bestmöglichste Lösung (ich hatte eine kleine Reklamation). Neben den Brillen hatte Sie auch eine gute Alternative zu meinen üblichen Kontaktlinsen, auch auf diesem Gebiet ist sie eine super Fachfrau. Preis-Leistung und Kundenorientierung stimmen hier einfach voll und ganz. Herzlichen Dank an meine für mich ...."beste Optikerin"! The service in this branch (I have also been a customer in other Fielmann branches) is always impressive for me. My optician Fr. Köpernick is technically just great! and always finds the best possible solution (I had a small complaint). In addition to glasses, she also had a good alternative to my usual contact lenses, and she is a great specialist in this area too. Price-performance and customer orientation are just right here. Many thanks to my "best optician" for me!

Customers have been here for years, but unfortunately not satisfied with our last purchase. Were totally left to ourselves when choosing the frame, although no other customers were in the store. We switched to the Landstrasse branch, great support from choosing the frame to picking it up.

φ	φL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz ganz super Service. Haben bei einer woanders gekauften Ray-Ban die Bügel zurecht gebogen, wo sich andere Geschäfte geweigert und oder Geld verlangt hatten. Der Nette Mann dort hat die Bügel mit größter Professionalität und Hingabe zum Detail innerhalb von 3 Min gratis zurechtgebogen. Bin ganz ganz zufrieden mit der Fielmann-Filiale dort! Very, very great service. Bended the brackets of a Ray-Ban bought elsewhere where other shops had refused and or asked for money. The nice man there bent the hangers with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail within 3 minutes for free. I'm very happy with the Fielmann branch there!
