Dr. Birgit Swoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die langen Wartezeiten sind zu erwarten bei einem Facharzt, jedoch solche enorme Wartezeiten, trotz Termin, am explizit deklarierten Kinderordinationstag sind fast unerträglich. Dazu kommt, dass die Ärztin dann nicht die Geduld aufbringt um die Untersuchung (Mutter-Kind-Pass) durchzuführen. Nach einem Versuch hieß es die Untersuchung ist nicht durchführbar. Für den nächsten Termin wurde man schon vorgewarnt, dass man das 2jährige Kind eintropfen würde. Gerne werden die "pflegenden" Augentropfen zum Verkauf angeboten. Zusammenfassend für Kinder wenig zu empfehlen. Als Erwachsener okay, wenn man viel Geduld und Zeit hat und sich zu wehren weiß gegen die Verkaufsversuche von verschiedenen Augentropfen und des Optikers, der gerne bei jedem Termin neue (teure) Brillen verkaufen will. Sonst scheint die Ärztin relativ kompetent. R	Romana Gradinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeiten sind sehr annehmbar ca. 60min (inklusive Nebenuntersuchungen wie: Augendruckmessung, Eintropfen, Schirmertest, etc. und inklusive Brillen- Kontrolle und Beratung, und Seh-Test über den Haus internen Optiker Oberhauser) Frau Dr. Osarovsky-Sasin ist sehr freundlich, erklärt und beratet sehr detailiert, ist fachlich sehr kompetent, beantwortet alle Fragen, und nimmt sich mehr Zeit für ihre Patienten als gewöhnlich, wenn dies erforderlich ist. Man kann bei Seh-Veränderungen, Beschwerden oder Problemen jederzeit nach telefonischer Absprache und Voranmeldung vorbei kommen. Niemand wird einfach abgewiesen. Das Ordinations Team, ist sehr freundlich und informiert ob beim nächsten mal eingetropft wird. Seit knapp 3 Jahren bei Fr. Dr. in Behandlung und rund um zufrieden. B	B. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Kinder, v.a. kleinere, nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr lange Wartezeiten (obwohl es einen eigenen Kinderordinationstag gibt), und Personal das sich nicht viel Zeit nimmt. Man wird nicht ausführlich aufgeklärt, zb dass beim nächsten Termin die Augen eingetropft werden, und ist dann ungeduldig, weil das Kind nicht gleich alles mit sich machen lässt. Brillenverordnungsschein stellt die Orthoptistin aus, ohne weitere Untersuchung durch die Ärztin. Und erklärt auch kaum etwas. Das fand ich etwas befremdlich. Daher Wechsel zu anderem Arzt (Wahlarzt). Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: für Erwachsene sicher ok (dafür 2 * von mir), aber für Kinder m.M.n. nicht geeignet. Die Ärztin selbst ist freundlich und wirkt kompetent, das Personal ist nur mässig freundlich und auch für Kinder zu wenig herzlich u geduldig. Und eben die langen Wartezeiten. In die Ordination ist auch ein Optikgeschäft eingegliedert. Dies ist sicherlich sehr praktisch, und der Optiker wirkt auch kompetent, aber wenig sympathisch. Bekam unfreiwillig mit, wie er (vor mir als Patientin bzw Begleitperson!) mit seiner Mitarbeiterin sprach - herablassend und ungut. Das ist letztklassig. For children, v.a. smaller, not recommended. M	Markus Hatschka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit in Ordnung ca 30-60 min, ich war schon öfters dort, immer mit anderen Beschwerden, wurde aber jedes Mal gleich behandelt und zwar mit Tobradex, hat mir aber nie geholfen. Dürfte ihre Lieblingsbehandlungsmethode sein. Man wird immer zügig abgefertigt und kaum beraten, man fühlt sich behandelt wie beim Militär und sie geht überhaupt nicht auf den Patienten ein, diese Erfahrungen hat auch meine Freundin bei ihr gemacht, sie wurde übrigens ebenfalls mit Tobradex behandelt, was für ein Zufall. Mir wurde dann von einem anderen Arzt geholfen, der eine komplett andere Diagnose erstellte. Gehen noch zu einem anderen Arzt vertraue der Diagnose der Ärztin nicht!!!! Und das ärgste sie hat meiner 4 Jahre alten Tochter augentropfen verschrieben die nicht für Kinder geeignet sind!!!!?? The staff is super nice but the doctor is a disagreeable cucumber, doesn't listen at all and appears very arrogant. Go to another doctor don't trust the doctor's diagnosis !!!! And worst of all, she prescribed eye drops to my 4 year old daughter that are not suitable for children !!!! ??

Ich bin froh so eine gute Augen-Ordination in Gerasdorf gefunden zu haben! The employees were all very friendly and tried hard. J	Justicia0508 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besuchten heute zum 1x die Ordination von Dr. Sasin. Sehr netter Empfang! Äußerst kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen und auch die Ärztin war sehr bemüht! Zu den negativen Meinungen kann gesagt werden, dass jeder seine Meinung frei äußern darf, jedoch einige Patienten - trotz verständlicher und mehrmaliger Erklärung der Mitarbeiterin - wirklich sehr mühsam und begriffstützig sind. Mit Biegen und Brechen einen Termin für (plötzlich) ganz "akutes" Augenleiden zu bekommen und dafür die unmöglichsten Lügengeschichten auftischen.... unglaublich! Aber die Mitarbeiterin konterte freundlich aber bestimmt .... das ist professioneller Kundenumgang, bravo! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung von uns! N u. T.
