H	Horus Bloodmoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an exquisite hotel in the very Heart of Salzburg. Charming and Comfortable. The staff is extremely well trained and are more than willing to do a superb job. The menu is full of delicious options and the room service is spectacular. I suggest paying a little extra for the valet parking and taking a long walk down the streets as you are in a historical area of the world when visiting this hotel.

Boutique hotel from the 14th century that was first a synagogue before transforming itself into a brewery and that finally became a hotel! If only these walls could talk ???? Each room is different. Their Café Altstadt has good food (ask for waiter Alex). General Manager Albert is exceptionally hands-on, always around, super efficient and friendly. You know what? Just go there and experience this amazing hotel by yourself...

K	King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad considering they have extra door for toilet inside bathroom. From outside it doesn't look so convincing but surprisingly our room was spacious and comfy. Nice staffs, also the location is near shopping street, but it doesn't have a front parking if you bring your own car, but you can stop at the side of the street for about ±10 mins (according to the staff)

The breakfast is a fancy affair with good quality products. If you are lucky and there is a classical music concert in the auditorium, then you are in for a treat! Mozart at your doorstep:)

The location itself has direct access to the Getreidegasse out the back door, and from there the rest of all the best of the old city in Salzburg. Above all else, the hotel staff- particularly the concierge and porter staff- made the stay truly spectacular! The front desk was effortlessly bilingual and (graciously!) tolerated our broken German but were more than happy to engage in English when our vocabulary was lacking. They were fun, providing good recommendations, and most of all ensured that our stay was easy, enjoyable, and fulfilling! The room was great, very comfortable pillows, awesome river view, wonderful breakfast, a true 10/10 stay. We booked this hotel on a whim, but will definitely be returning to Salzburg, this location, and the exceptional staff on future visits!

They went over and above for us, including the manager being super helpful for us when organizing a day trip to the snow on our last day. Nothing was too difficult for them. Highly recommended. Good rooms too. Nice, clean and spacious.
