★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of this place. They offer tax free shopping but they do not provide you the original receipt as required to get the tax refund. I had my tax refund reversed. I contacted the store hoping to quickly get the issue resolved. I told them I needed the original receipt per Austrian rules and they refused to provide it so I did not get the refund promised. Also, when I made my purchase they automatically converted the money to USD at 3.5% fee without asking me and my bank card would have done it without a charge.
