★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt 2 stockwerke ein größes und ein kleines bad. Des weitern ist es sehr nach an dem ski Gebiet, man läuf c.a.1min. Das einziegste ist das es kein sofa gibt, wenn man sich hinlegen will und Fernsehr schaun ist das nur auf der Eckbank möglich und das ist mit der zeit sehr unbequem trz sehr schön und ein guter Ausblick
 There are 2 floors a large and a small bathroom. The further it is very close to the ski area, it runs c.a.1min. The einziegste is that there is no sofa, if you want to lie down and watch television is only on the corner seat possible and that is very uncomfortable with the time very beautiful and a good view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die sehr schöne Lage am Ortsrand aber direkt an einer Skipiste. Die Sauna!!! Der überdachte PKW-Stellplatz.. Negativ: Der Herd ist beim Kochen für 4 Personen etwas klein. Ein grosser Topf und eine mittelgroße Pfanne passen nur bedingt gleichzeitig auf den Herd..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Apartment was perfect - clean and everything was available travelled with child 1 Year so it suited excellently - the host was super!. Negative: Walk up the hill to the property! Tough work but excellent way to get fit ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very short walk to get up onto ski track to ski down to lifts. The location is good if skiing in Obergurgl. Beware a very short steep climb though if miss last lift from Hohe Mut Bahn I. But obviously very quiet as at far end of town. Apartment has good space for 4. Very clean. Warm. well equipped kitchen bar no oven.. Negative: Advert says "The kitchen is equipped with electric and microwave oven ..." which I interpreted as there being an oven but there wasn't - and unfortunately one of the frozen meals we took to help control costs meant we could not cook it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The property is very well maintained, with excellent parking right in front of the building. The rooms are very quiet and we really liked the duplex nature of the apartment. Our two children took the downstairs beds, whilst we slept upstairs, which made it feel like we were sleeping in a small house. Even with upstairs / downstairs, all bedrooms still had a balcony hence great for light, views etc.. Negative: The road approaching the property is very steep and tricky to drive up - especially if meeting a vehicle coming in the opposite direction! We managed ok in a 4x4 and the road is cleared of snow regularly, but could be difficult in icy conditions..
