K	Karin Nielsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a week long skiing holiday and had a fantastic time! The hotel is classic “Tirolian” in terms of both ambience and service. The rooms were spacious and traditional (we had a stunning mountain view) and you will find all the comforts you’d expect in a 4* hotel. Breakfast consists of a well stocked buffet with something for everyone and plenty of choice for vegetarians or healthy eaters. You will be allocated a table for the whole week which means you get to know your neighbours (we did and had a great time). Evening meals re beautifully presented and consist of a combination of traditional local fare and a few more adventurous options as well. These guys can’t do enough for you so whether it’s washing, ski hire or booking dinner at another hotel, be sure to ask the friendly team who will be happy to help.
E	Edel N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying here now in March 2019. I find the staff rude they are not friendly the waitresses look like they do not want to work here. They throw the plate on the table. The male waiter is nice. The older male waiter is very nice. The owners are rude I think they need to improve their manner towards guests. The alcohol is totally over priced. 9.00euro for a gin is madness and 67euro for a bottle of Italian wine- over priced. The food is ok but for a 5 star you would expect it a little better , its not bad, i eat it all. Not sure how 5 star works in Austria, I thought 5 star takes in experience this includes -staff,food and atmosphere and over all experience-following this I would not rate it 5 star,maybe 4 star. The best thing is the spa, sauna and pool this is excellent after a day skiing,also the hotel is near the slopes and you can skiing to gondala. The rooms are big and are very clean its brillant .First day we arrived they had lunch for us that was really tasty. I may stay here again.
D	David Gosnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family run hotel and the Steiner's do make you feel very welcome. The food is very good with 6 courses most nights and one party night per week. The staff are both attentive and fun. The rooms are comfortable. However, if you like luxury towels Bring Your own, as well as your own toiletries. The hotel shares its spa with it's sister hotel and all the amenities are here but in a random fashion. You find yourself wandering from area to area. Up and down stairs and corridors. Still it's all here and in working order. However, if it's a Spa getaway you are after this isn't the place for you, but it works well for a relax at the end of the day The hotel does offer ski in and out to the slopes which is ideal as well as heated boot rooms etc. All in all I would stay here again to ski with no hesitation. It's pluses as a ski hotel are just what you need. The other bits are just nice to have.

The bar at the front is nicely situated and provides speedy service. I stayed in a double room with a balcony and find myself without need for anything whilst on holiday, room service is efficient and the facilities in the room are pleasantly situated. The TV is full of multinational channels and provides short entertainment whilst relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable stay whilst skiing or working.

We enjoyed the pool and wellness area, it's from the other hotel but you don't have to get outside to get there. Both breakfast and dinner are really good. Staff is also friendly. Prices of the drinks are too high.
G	Glen Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here over Christmas with my family. All the staff here are excellent and the Steiner family are very friendly and welcoming. The building and decor is traditional Austrian in style, the location is great just a few metres away from the slopes giving easy access to the main gondola. The food here is fantastic especially the evening meals of which are of high quality and beautiful presentation. We had lovely rooms on the first floor and having a really nice view. The indoor pool is nice but the outdoor pool is stunning especially when it snows. I highly recommend you try this place and hopefully you will have as great a holiday as our family did.

Buffet breakfast and dinner choices varied. Good bar just across the road too a little less formal than the hotel.
