b	bridget cassey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only area of improvement would be the pace that the evening meal was served. A couple of nights it took over 2hrs to do dinner which is too much. However all the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The facilities top quality, atmosphere fantastic. So a very positive stay. Thank you. Will come again

The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are wonderful. Lovely food, great position in the village, beautiful views, welcoming staff, relaxing spa - perfection! We will definitely be back and have already been talking about booking again for November!

Food, service, location and proximity to Ski Lifts. Standard of facilities is 5 stars. The rooms are somewhat dated / traditional, but you don't spend that much time in the room when you are you skiing ! Bar facilities and service is excellent - special mention to Alexandros, so welcoming and professional.

Everything runs in a very friendly and efficient manner and they took the trouble to seat us at the same table in the dining room so that we would have the same waiter. We were impressed by the new ski room with ski boot heaters in the lockers plus the escalators up to the snow! We love to use the spa after a long day's skiing.

All staff are so polite and courteous. Fantastic facilities. Outstanding meals. I have stayed in many high end hotels around the world and this is my favourite by far. I cannot wait to return.

Excellent location for skiing with lifts at the top of the boot room door, a ski rental shop in the hotel basement and ski to door. You never have to carry skis more than 10m. Spa and pool area are great too. Overall Excellent

Food is excellent along with the huge choice of drinks. New additions when going back this year are the new boot room lockers, escalators straight from boot room to slopes and to the adjoining ski shop. Good duo entertainment on one of the nights during our stay. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning very soon.
