★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obergurgl is cool and this place is well situated. Food excellent, but coffee machines should be left on for dinner time to make a perfect experience. Also a kettle for making tea in the rooms would be really useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go there of our one week research group retreat. It is perfect for that, nice conference room, nice food, nice bar for socialising during the evenings, but the beat of all is the location. We have had amazing hikes, to a glacier, to a hut hidden in the mountains. There are also nice climbing and via ferrata spots around. In winter is a skiing paradise. There is a sauna for relaxing also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conference center, restaurant, and accommodations. Rooms feature small single beds, foot to foot. Furnished in an alpine style with copious wood paneling. Moderate storage storage including lockable closets. Bathroom is clean and functional. Wifi is fast but sometimes drops out. Nearby hiking, climbing, and skiing; otherwise, a pretty quiet area. Restaurant is quite good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, and the conference catering service is ambitious as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last winter, great place to combine a conference and a skiing retreat. Situated right next to the slopes, one can jump right in and ski down to the ski lift which then offers lots of skiing ground. Good food and amenities. Sauna also included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's simply a beautiful sight to behold. I was told it gets better in winter. I think the peak of summer is best.
