Die Dame beim Verkauf war sehr nett, der Mac war bereits zur Abholung hergerichtet und nach ein paar Formalitäten konnte ich mein erworbenes Teil mit nach Hause nehmen. Der Kauf im Onlineshop war sehr einfach und die Abholung unkompliziert! Kann dieses Geschäft nur sehr empfehlen und werde sicher öfter dort einkaufen! Picked up my Mac mini M1 today! The lady at the sales department was very nice, the Mac was already set up for collection and after a few formalities I was able to take the part I had bought home with me. The purchase in the online shop was very easy and the collection uncomplicated! Highly recommend this shop and will definitely shop there more often!

F	Fynn Fish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein Notebook bestellt, bei dem stand abholbereit in 2-3 Werktagen. 5 Tage später angerufen um zu erfahren, dass leider doch keine lagernd und ob ich stornieren will. Ja - aber wann hätt ich von erfahren, wenn ich nich angerufen hätte? Wie lange wäre mein Geld bei euch rumgelegen? Und Punkt 2: eh nett die Mitarbeiter, aber auch null bemüht einem ne Alternative oder irgendwas anzubieten. Wäre vl sogar bereit gewesen bisschen mehr für ne andere Farbe zu zahlen, aber auf die Idee kommt keiner. Jetzt hab ich mir das Notebook günstiger woanders bestellt. Und bei euch wars dafür fix das letzte Mal. Had ordered a notebook that was ready to be picked up in 2-3 working days. Called 5 days later to find out that unfortunately there are none in stock and whether I want to cancel. Yes - but when would I have found out about it if I hadn't called? How long would my money have been lying around with you guys? And point 2: the employees are nice anyway, but they also make no effort to offer you an alternative or something. I would have even been willing to pay a little more for a different color, but no one comes up with the idea. Now I've ordered the notebook cheaper elsewhere. And for you it was fixed the last time.

Au încercat sa minta cum ca firma de curierat e vinovată de întârziere. Când am trimis mesaj sa întreb despre acest aspect, mi-au răspuns evaziv, apoi m-au blocat. Neserioși. Nu recomand. Nu răspunde nimeni la telefonul afișat. Worth minus stars. The delivery period that they display 3-5 days is not real. It lasts much longer, respectively 2 weeks. They tried to lie that the courier company was to blame for the delay. When I sent a message asking about this, they answered evasively and then blocked me. Frivolous. I do not recommend. No one answers the displayed phone.
