★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamtam hat geschafft, was zuvor weder das Reparaturservice von 3 noch ein weiterer Handyreparaturshop konnten. Mein Handy ließ sich von einem Tag auf den anderen nicht mehr aufdrehen; habe verschiedene Ladekabel probiert -- wieder nichts. Also bin ich zu meinem 3-Shop gegangen, habe das Handy einschicken lassen und bin dann, als ich die Nachricht zur Abholung erhalten hatte, wieder in den 3-Shop gefahren. Die gute Nachricht: 0 Euro Reparaturkosten; die schlechte Nachricht: keine Reparatur möglich wegen nicht mehr zu beschaffender Ersatzteile. ANDERS bei Tamtam: Das kompetente Team dort hat den Fehler herausgefunden und die Ladebuchse meines Huawei Rio ausgetauscht. Alles funktioniert wieder, und ich bin sehr froh, meine Daten wiederzuhaben. Kostenpunkt 30 Euro. Nach Abzug des Wiener Reparaturbons 15 Euro. FAZIT: Ich kann Tamtam in Bezug auf Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz nur empfehlen!
 Tamtam has achieved what neither the repair service of 3 nor another mobile phone repair shop could before. My cell phone wouldn't turn on from one day to the next; tried different charging cables - again nothing. So I went to my 3-Shop, had the mobile phone sent in and then, when I received the message to pick it up, drove back to the 3-Shop. The good news: 0 Euro repair costs; the bad news: no repairs possible because spare parts can no longer be procured. DIFFERENT at Tamtam: The competent team there found the error and replaced the charging socket on my Huawei Rio. Everything is working again and I am very happy to have my data back. The cost is 30 euros. After deduction of the Vienna repair receipt, 15 euros. CONCLUSION: I can only recommend Tamtam in terms of friendliness and competence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr GIS!!! Heute kam ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter von TamTam zu mir und entfernte mein Tuner Modul, wodurch ich nicht mehr GIS-pflichtig bin. Kann das nur jedem empfehlen, so spart man sich für einmalig 130 € Investition ganze 320 € jährlich.
No more GIS !!! Today a very nice employee from TamTam came to me and removed my tuner module, which means that I no longer need GIS. I can only recommend this to everyone, so you save a total of € 320 a year for a one-time investment of € 130.
