Habe einen Canon-Drucker gekauft, der leider nicht richtig funktionierte. Ein Anruf und das Gerät wurde noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht! Dann hatte ich auch noch die Rechnung verschlampt. Ein e-mail und innerhalb einer Minute kam die Antwort.
So macht lokales Einkaufen auch im Lockdown Spaß. Vielen Dank!

Bought a Canon printer that unfortunately didn't work properly. One call and the device was replaced on the same day! Then I also messed up the bill. An e-mail and within a minute the answer came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin total überzeugt von dem Laden: ich bin technisch ein Nackerpazl... Hab im Internet- Shop einen Drucker gekauft ohne WLAN. Eine Installation war deswegen nicht möglich. Voller Verzweiflung angerufen. Das Gerät wurde am nächsten Tag ohne irgendwelche Probleme umgetauscht. Superservice!!! Jetzt funktioniert das Trum.
I'm totally won over by the shop: I'm technically a nutter... I bought a printer without WLAN in the internet shop. An installation was therefore not possible. Called in desperation. The device was exchanged the next day without any problems. Super Service!!! Now the drum works.
