Kann ich nur empfehlen. My first computer store experience that leaves me happy. Get a battered laptop back like new for little money. I can only recommend.

Leider konnten uns die Mitarbeiter, selbst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen, nicht sagen was genau nicht stimmt, bloß dass das ganze Topcase ausgetauscht werden muss. Und das dauere wohl an die 2 Wochen. Und dafür mussten wir noch 80€ zahlen. Bei einem anderen Service gabs die komplette Reparatur für 75€. Nie wieder. We were here with our MacBook Air because the keyboard had some problems. Unfortunately, even after repeated inquiries, the employees could not tell us what was wrong, only that the entire top case had to be replaced. And that probably takes about 2 weeks. And for that we had to pay 80 €. Another service offered the complete repair for € 75. Never again.

Alles funktioniert genauso, wie bei meinem alten, aber leider kaut genagenen Gerät... Thanks guys !!! Fast, professional, nice !! It couldn't be better! I am overjoyed with my new device and really grateful for how you transferred my data and settings! Everything works the same as with my old, but unfortunately gnawed device ...

Auf die Anmeldung für einen SSD Umbau per Online-Formular wird tatsächlich geantwortet, wenn man den Shop betritt wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt und der nette Mitarbeiter hat im Regal schon die ausgesuchten Ersatzteile parat liegen. Und das ärgste - es ist billiger als ausgepriesen! Zu guter letzt war auch noch alles pünktlich erledigt und die alte Festplatte wurde mit ausgehändigt (darauf kann man ja auch schon mal vergessen). Also wenn man Reibungspunkte sucht ist man bei hot24 falsch ;-), es ist ein Geschäft bei dem man sich als Kunde sehr gut und freundlich behandelt wissen darf! DANKE! Incredible ... you won't find anything to complain about! The registration for an SSD conversion via the online form is actually answered, when you enter the shop you are greeted very friendly and the nice employee already has the selected spare parts on the shelf. And worst of all - it's cheaper than advertised! Last but not least, everything was done on time and the old hard drive was also handed over (you can forget about it sometimes). So if you are looking for points of friction you are wrong with hot24 ;-), it is a business where you as a customer can be treated very well and kindly! THANKS!

War ein geplagter Service-Hotline abhängiger Junkie, Ihr seid meine Entziehungskur gewesen, ganz speziell auch im Bereich sämtlicher Desktop-Anwendungen!! The guys identified my mac issue, fixed the problem and advised on future issues/possible work. Communication was clear and quick and the price was fair. Would definitely use these guys for future work! Tip: MasterCard fees are high here so Austrian Debit/Cash is the best option.
