M	Moritz Lösch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerry und sein Team geben kein noch so altes Apple-Schmuckstück auf - ganz im Gegenteil, denn mac4u sind die Einzigen die sich den alten Apple Geräten überhaupt noch annehmen. Extrem kompetent und preislich überaus fair. Gerry meint immer "wir sind die Guten." Stimmt. Jederzeit wieder. Gerry and his team do not give up any old Apple jewel - on the contrary, because mac4u are the only ones who even take on the old Apple devices. Extremely competent and reasonably priced. Gerry always says "we are the good guys." Right. Any time.

Leider sind wir seinerzeit nicht ins Geschäft gekommen, weil das ansonsten übliche dreiprozentige Kassaskonto nicht gewährt worden ist. Anständige Auswahl, vermutlich auch kompetente Beratung und übliche Öffnungszeiten. öffentlich erreichbar mit den Bussen 12A, 14A und 59A Attractive designed showroom. m	momo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr schlechter Service , seit dem ich mein Mac Book bei Mac4u „upgraden“ lies kommt es regelmäßig zum Systemabsturz. Vor Ort werde ich dann darauf verwiesen sie seien kein HelpDesk und wollen sich den Schaden nicht annehmen. Aber ich darf für die Reparatur gerne nochmal bezahlen ..... nie wieder in diesen Shop Unfortunately, very bad service, since I “upgraded” my Mac Book with Mac4u, the system crashes regularly. On site, I am told that they are not a help desk and do not want to take care of the damage. But I am happy to pay again for the repair ..... never again in this shop
E	Eva Kadlec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Freundliches Service, Schnelle Reparatur. 1a Contra: Preise für Serivce korrepspondieren nicht mit den Tarifen wie auf Website oder im Geschäft angeschrieben. Material als auch Arbeitszeit waren teurer als beim abgeben des Laptops veranschlagt. Wie ein Schild im Geschäft besagt: Sommerpreise Juni bis August, 60€/halbe Stunde Arbeitszeit. Laptop für Akkuwechsel abgegeben (Juni) , aber auch nach Nachfrage (!) wurde nicht der Sommerpreis für eine halbe h verrechnet. Preise werden anscheinend eher nach Geschlecht & Aussehen der Kundschaft oder nach List und Laune verrechnet. Pro: friendly service, Fast repairs. 1a Cons: Prices for service do not correspond to the tariffs as advertised on the website or in the store. Material and working time were more expensive than estimated when the laptop was handed in. As a sign in the shop says: Summer prices June to August, € 60 / half an hour of working time. Laptop handed in for battery change (June), but also after demand (!) The summer price for half an hour was not charged. Prices are apparently charged more according to the gender and appearance of the clientele or according to cunning and whim.

P	Pierre-Alexandre Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a MacBook battery charger, and had to come TWICE again to change the charger which were not working properly (burning or dismantling in a strange manner). The owner offers "warranty until satisfaction" so after my 3rd visit he offered me an upgrade as official Apple battery charger with bulk. I never had any problem after that.
