E	Erick Mendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. By far one of the most unfriendly experiences I've had in one of the McShark shops (and that's saying something). I came here to talk about a faulty power charger because Apple telephone Support asked me to. The employee there, with quite an angry tone, told me there's nothing he could do except shipping it to apple and pray for the best. At the same time rambling that Apple keeps sending people here even though they don't want to provide service. Blergh one of those interactions that simply leave you with a bad taste.

My Macbook Pro (mid 2012) was not working at all, and David instantly diagnosed the problem as a broken Hard Drive and/or Hard Drive Cable. He showed me where I could buy the right parts online for the best price, and was always both fun and helpful along the way. Now this 8 year old macbook is running like a baby rolled straight out the womb, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks David! THANKS McSHARK!

David from the store gave me an excellent recommendation to another store that will replace the battery much much faster than normal. He even gave me all kinds of useful advice on how to treat my macbook better so it lasts longer. I definitely recommend you visit this store if you like to have a friendly and efficient service while learning new things that you didn't know before.
