★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad treatment by one of the employee because I stayed 2 minutes more than the closing time ( Didn't knew they close at 6 on weekends) Was like nearly close to kick me out and very patronizing tone invited me to get out. I asked about a Spiegen S9 Plus case (well known phone case manufacturer) and didnt even knew what Spiegen is.Terrible store , terrible people. Avoid. The guys on the TV department were busy turning up music volume to a subwoofer so loud that the entire floor was shaking. They weren't interested about customers too much and neither of the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 2022: Disappointed beyond belief at the shoddy service offered at the Service Desk. After a long wait in line, despite there being a plethora of employees lounging around, one had the immediate and sustained impression, that the job at the service desk was to rid themselves of pesky customers (meaning all customers) at any cost. All I really wanted was a battery pack for a phone I had bought at MediaMarkt, fully aware that warranty had run out, and I would have to pay for it, but even that (I thought sensible) request got me a look from the red-shirt employee as if I had asked him if I could have my evil ways with his baby sister. Asking if a battery is in stock or if I would have to order one, he responded that all he could do is send my phone in to service it, which would cost €100 plus the fees for whatever it is they'd do to it. Clearly, the young man was intent of getting rid of me at all costs, and was doing a grand job of it. Regrettably, he also GOT RID OF ME AS A FUTURE CUSTOMER.
Original post: I am not awarding 5 stars because this is necessarily the best electronics store in town, but because it offers a wide range of good quality products at competitive prices. If it needs electricity to run, they'll probably have it. Service is generally acceptable, though if you're wanting to talk to a red-shirt working there, try coming in earlier and not mid-afternoon when they're swamped.
