I ordered tires for my Tenere. These were there in one day. All employees are super nice! Everything went well and I felt good. Top!

Ich habe mir 2018 hier bei diesen Händler einen großen Traum erfüllt und mir hier meine MT-03 zugelegt :) Die Beratung war Top und sehr nette Leute Arbeiten hier und bei der Neufahrzeug Übernahme wurde einen noch alles gründlich erklärt. Absolute Empfehlung auch beim Thema Wartung und Service. Preis Leistung stimmt hier und machen einen sehr guten Job. Deswegen Leute holt euch euren Gaul hier bei Hebart und hab Spaß beim Fahren ! Support ist kein Mord ;) Very good family business! In 2018 I fulfilled a big dream here at this dealer and bought my MT-03 here :) The advice was great and very nice people work here and everything was explained thoroughly when we took over the new vehicle. Absolute recommendation when it comes to maintenance and service. Price performance is right here and do a very good job. That's why people get your horse here at Hebart and have fun driving! Support is not murder;)
P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde sich Zeit für eine sehr freundlich und kompetente Beratung genommen, obwohl ich gleich am Anfang erwähnte, dass ich noch nicht mal weiß ob ich ein Motorrad oder eine 125er kaufen will. Kann diesen Händlern nur weiter empfehlen . Time was taken for a very friendly and competent advice, although I mentioned right at the beginning that I don't even know whether I want to buy a motorcycle or a 125cc. Can only recommend these dealers.

Wie es sich hierbei um eine offizielle Vertragswerkstatt von Yamaha & Co. handeln kann ist mir äußerst rätselhaft! Ich kann von diesem Laden nur dringend abraten & verstehe jetzt im Nachhinein die ganzen negativen Rezensionen. Kurz zusammengefasst: Telefonisch einen Kostenvoranschlag eingeholt, Vorort wird mir plötzlich dreimal (!) soviel verrechnet (utopischer Stundensatz). Die Chefin schämt sich nicht ihre eigenen Kunden anzuschreien, in einem unfassbar diskreditierenden und arroganten Ton. Wer keinen Goldesel besitzt und sich nicht gerne von einer älteren Frau anbrüllen lässt sollte sich definitiv eine andere Werkstatt suchen! This operation is absolutely outrageous - never again! How it can be an official Yamaha & Co. workshop is extremely puzzling to me! I can only strongly advise against this shop & in hindsight I understand all the negative reviews. In a nutshell: A cost estimate was obtained by telephone, suddenly I was charged three times (!) As much on site (utopian hourly rate). The boss is not ashamed of yelling at her own customers in an incredibly discrediting and arrogant tone. If you don't have a cash cow and don't like being yelled at by an older woman, you should definitely look for another workshop!
p	peter uhrovcsik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Kauf (Geburtstagsüberraschung) bis zum 1000 km Service kann ich nur sagen war alles Bestens. Servicetermin verschieben (wettrbedingt) war kein Problem. Es wurde schnell ein neuer Termin gefunden. Für meine Fragen hatte man ein offenes Ohr und meine Wünsche wurden zufriedenstellend und sorgfältig erledigt. Die Auspuffbandage wurde Gratis als kleines "Extra" nachlackiert. Ich kommer gerne wieder. From the purchase (birthday surprise) to the 1000 km service, I can only say everything was great. Postponing the service appointment (due to the betting) was not a problem. A new appointment was quickly found. My questions were listened to and my requests were met with satisfaction and care. The exhaust bandage was repainted for free as a little "extra". I would love to come back.
