i	irene lirsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jahrelang Kunde bei Hr. Staniszewski und war immer zufrieden. Bis heute meine Armbanduhr Batterie leer war. Mein Mann brachte sie ins Geschäft wo ihm im rüden Ton gesagt wurde, so schnell geht der Wechsel nicht das er darauf warten kann, dauert zirka eine dreiviertel Stunde!!!!! Wohlgemerkt: nur Batterie wechseln sonst nichts !! Laut Anweisung vom Chef darf das nicht sofort gemacht werden ??!!Außerdem durfte mein Mann auch nicht im Geschäft warten vielleicht hätte er ja sämtliche Uhren etc. mitgenommen. Wie gesagt: Jahrelang Kunde und heuer einige Geschenke gekauft. Waren auch die LETZTEN!!So kann man auch Kunden verärgern und verjagen!! I was a customer of Mr. Staniszewski and was always satisfied. Until today my watch battery was empty. My husband brought her to the shop where he was told in a rude tone that the change is not that fast that he can wait for it, takes about 45 minutes !!!!! Mind you: just change the battery, nothing else !! According to the boss's instructions, this must not be done immediately ?? !! In addition, my husband was not allowed to wait in the shop, maybe he would have taken all the watches etc. with him. As I said: A customer for years and bought some presents this year. They were also the LAST! So you can annoy and chase customers away!
E	Edith Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute hatte ich mit einer Armbanduhr, bei der auf einer Seite der Stift (Federsteg), der das Band mit der Uhr verbindet, verloren wurde und zu erneuern war, das Geschäft aufgesucht. Ich war die einzige Kundin! Schon bei der Äußerung meines Wunsches sah der junge Mann auf seine Uhr und meinte, er wüsste nicht, ob das sofort möglich sei, weil "heute so viel los sei". Er verschwand aber in seine Werkstatt und nach geschätzten 30 Sekunden kam er mit der Uhr wieder, der Stift war eingesetzt. Auf meine Frage, was ich schuldig sei, sagte er: 8 (ACHT) Euro!!!!!! Ich fragte geschockt nach und er meinte: "Alles wird teurer"! Daheim angekommen, machte ich mich im Internet schlau! Dieser Preis ist einfach frech - im Internet gibt es diese Stifte zu Hauf und in allen Größen - teilweise 400 Stück um 9,- Euro. Ich habe schon öfter Uhrbänder ausgetauscht und weiß, dass das Einsetzen eines Stiftes ganz schnell geht, war auch in wenigen Sekunden erledigt. Ich werde dieses Geschäft nicht mehr betreten, im Nachhinein ärgere ich mich, dass ich den geforderten Betrag gezahlt habe - Rechnung bekam ich auch keine. I have often exchanged watch straps and know that inserting a pen is very quick and it was done in a few seconds. I will no longer enter this shop, in retrospect I am annoyed that I paid the required amount - I did not receive an invoice either.
