F	Faruk K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe für die Freundin zum Valentinstag ein Geschenk für 180,- gekauft, wollte es zurück geben da ich sonst mein Lebensunterhalt nicht zahlen kann (Lehrling) meinte die nette Kollegien das es nur gegen eine Gutschrift geht oder gegen ein anderes Model. Und hat mir auch nach der Zahlung gezeigt das es genauso auf der Rechnung steht. Ich habe daraus gelernt nie wieder was beim Pandora zu kaufen und allein schon wegen dem Gutschein, hätte ich das Produkt Online gekauft wäre es natürlich kein Problem wegen der Rückgabe aber naja NIE WIEDER BEI PANDORA I bought a gift for my girlfriend for 180,- for Valentine's Day, wanted to give it back because otherwise I wouldn't be able to pay my living expenses (apprentice) said the nice college that it was only possible for a credit note or for another model. Ich fühle mich immer top betreut und komme sehr gerne in diese Filiale. ☺ The staff are super friendly and take the time to give advice. I always feel well looked after and love coming to this branch. ☺

Weit gefehlt , 1 Mitarbeiterin im Shop zwei wartende Kunden . Ein paar Minuten später bemüht sich eine zweite Mitarbeiterin in den Store Beratung um Beratung , die Kundin sagte schon sie ist sich unschlüssig und weiß nicht ob sie es nehmen soll Ich wusste was ich möchte und fragte : Entschuldigung . Ich weiß was ich möchte . Bin auch gleich wieder weg : Mitarbeiterin nein sie müssen warten Ich erwiderte aber die Kundin überlegt ja sowieso , und ich weiß was ich möchte . Sie brauchen mich nur zu kassieren :-( NEIN !!!!! Na gut dieser Shop muss noch lernen , ich kaufe nur mehr in der Kärtnerstrasse die Beraterinnen sind TOP UND HABEN WAS DRAUF !!! Hätte über 200 Euro dagelassen so bekommt es eben der Store in der kärtnerstrasse In Zeiten wie diesen sollten Mitarbeiter Service aber auch Umsatz gesteuert sein !
