Für mich ist es ja kein Problem wenn ein Geschäft nicht jedes Schmuckstück führt und vll eine bestimmte Form davon nicht kennt aber die Kundschaft mit "Das was Sie wollen, gibt es ganz einfach nicht." und "Da werden Sie wohl überall Pech haben" (Anm. in gehässigem und lauten Tonfall) quasi aus dem Geschäft zu jagen ist ein No-Go. Ich fühlte mich direkt gedemütigt. Ein einfaches "so etwas führen wir nicht" hätte genügt. Ja vll war mein Wunsch ausgefallen aber deswegen braucht man nicht gleich so ausfallend werden Ünrkgens exakt die Kette, welche ich gesucht habe, habe ich beim Juwelier 2 Blocks weiter gefunden...soviel zu das gibt es nicht (es ging um eine "Flying Diamond" Kette) Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience looking for a particular piece of jewelry. For me it is not a problem if a shop does not carry every piece of jewelery and vll does not know a certain form of it but the customers with "that what you want, it simply does not exist." and "Since you will probably be unlucky everywhere" (note in a hateful and loud tone) to virtually out of business to hunt is a no-go. I felt directly humiliated. A simple "something we do not do that" would have been enough. Yes vll my wish was canceled but that's why you do not need to be so outrageous Ünrkgens exactly the chain that I was looking for, I found two more blocks at the jeweler's ... so much to that there is not (it was about a "Flying Diamond" chain)
