R	Rudolf Lehnert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten schon in der Filiale in Floridsdorf gekauft und sind (als Kunden) nach Neubau mit übersiedelt, da es wahrscheinlich keinen besseren Betrieb mit besseren Mitarbeitern in Wien gibt. Selten genug kommt es vor, dass man immer zu 100% zufrieden ist., hier bisher schon. We had already bought in the branch in Floridsdorf and moved (as customers) to Neubau as there is probably no better company with better employees in Vienna. It is rare enough that you are always 100% satisfied, here so far.
M	Michael Duong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte einfach nur ein ganz großes Lob da lassen. Ich habe im September 2018 dort eine Brille gekauft. Die Beratung war sehr freundlich und gut. Die Brille kam dann auch schnell und alles war einwandfrei. Ich trage sie auch heute noch sehr gerne. Nun wollte ich die verkratzten Gläser ersetzen. Mir fiel auf, dass die Bügel nach 2 Jahren etwas blaß wurden. Wahrscheinlich Abrieb. Ich rief bei Stino an und fragte nach Ersatzbügeln. Erst wurde mir ein Polierservice angeboten. Dieser kam für mich nicht in Frage, da ich leider nicht mehr in Wien wohne. Die Erstzbügel hätten ca. 120€ kosten sollen, doch nach Rücksprache mit "Municeyewear" kamen beide zu dem Schluss, mir für den Preis eine komplett neue Brille zukommen zu lassen. Find ich fair, da sonst entweder nur Bügel kämen oder ich eine komplett neue Brille kaufen müsste. Ich bin in der Zeit von Wien zurück nach Deutschland gezogen und mir wird nun eine Ersatzfassung für einen guten Preis angeboten und zugesendet. Ich bin einfach sehr erstaunt, wie kundenorientiert die Herrschaften da arbeiten. Vielen Dank an STINO-Optik!!! I just want to give a very big compliment. I bought glasses there in September 2018. The advice was very friendly and good. The glasses came quickly and everything was perfect. I still love wearing them today. Now I wanted to replace the scratched glasses. I noticed that the temples turned a little pale after 2 years. Probably abrasion. I called Stino and asked for replacement hangers. First I was offered a polishing service. This was out of the question for me as I unfortunately no longer live in Vienna. The first reins should have cost around € 120, but after consulting "Municeyewear" they both came to the conclusion that they would send me a completely new pair of glasses for the price. I think it's fair, because otherwise either only temples would come or I would have to buy completely new glasses. During the time I moved back to Germany from Vienna, I am now offered and sent a replacement version for a good price. I'm just very amazed at how customer-oriented the people work there. Many thanks to STINO-Optik !!!

Habe schon 4 Brillen in den letzten Jahren bei Stino Optik machen lassen und wurde immer bestens betreut, auch bei kleinen Brillenanpassungen zwischendurch! Great advice and service! Have already had 4 glasses made by Stino Optik in recent years and have always been well looked after, even with small glasses adjustments in between!

M	Marcus Ambrosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich bei meiner alten Ray-Ban Sonnenbrillen einen Silikonüberzug an einem Bügel verloren hatte, bin ich durch Zufall vor dem Stino Optik Geschäft in der Neubaugasse Nr. 6 gestanden. Nachdem es sich um ein älteres Modell handelt, keine Chance das 1:1 nachzubestellen. Aber der Optikermeister zauberte einen anderen passenden Ersatzteil aus der Schublade. Die anderen 2 Optikergeschäfte, in denen ich zuvor war, schafften das nicht - nur auf Bestellung. Danke ... jetzt passen die Sonnenbrillen wieder. After I lost a silicone cover on the temple of my old Ray-Ban sunglasses, I happened to be standing in front of the Stino Optik shop in Neubaugasse 6. Since it is an older model, no chance to reorder the 1: 1. But the master optician conjured up another suitable spare part from the drawer. The other 2 optician stores I went to before didn't make it - only to order. Thanks ... now the sunglasses fit again.

After a year of buying my glasses, they broke right in the middle- they suggested just buying the part that broke, representing huge savings for me on new glasses and new crystals. They took care of everything, including changing the crystals.
