Frau Plank hat mir ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis in der Sportbrillenabteilung beschert, dies habe ich so noch bei keinem Optiker erlebt und ich liebe Brillen und Design. Ein besonderes Service: Ich konnte die Brillen im Windkanal ausprobieren und Frau Sabine hat mir jede Sportmarke ausführlich und fachlich erklärt. Ich bin nun von meiner Beraterin, Frau Julianna Waidinger, ganz begeistert - sie hat mich kompetent und ohne jeden Zeitdruck durch die große Auswahl geführt, mich bestens hinsichtlich Design und Qualität beraten und darüber hinaus auch noch ein sehr scharfes Auge bzw. Gespür dafür, welche Brille zu dem Träger passt. Schließlich hat sie damit auch jenes Modell für mich gefunden, für das ich mich dann entschieden habe. Ich habe mich bei dieser Mitarbeiterin bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und würde nur wegen ihr auch wieder kommen. Auch die anschließende Gläser-Beratung war gut und wenn dann meine fertige Brille auch so gut ist wie das heutige Erlebnis, dann bin ich glücklich!
