Genauso stelle ich mir das in einem Fachgeschäft vor - dass die MitarbeiterInnen ihren Job tatsächlich verstehen und beratend zur Seite stehen, Kundenwünsche respektieren sowie auf Rückfragen eingehen können! Habe nun meine perfekte Brille gefunden und komme auf jeden Fall wegen einer Reservebrille wieder :) Danke! After having been to countless other specialist eyewear shops and the service was really bad, I was finally served professionally and in a friendly manner! This is exactly how I imagine it to be in a specialist shop - that the employees actually understand their job and are available to advise, respect customer requests and be able to respond to queries! I have now found my perfect glasses and will definitely be back for a spare pair of glasses :) Thank you!

Da ich eine sehr hohe Dioptrien Stärke habe, ist es nicht leicht eine Brille / Sonnenbrille zu finden die mir gefällt und die auch noch mit meiner Dioptrien Stärke gut aussieht. Ich bin mit beiden Brillen mehr als zufrieden. Die Beratung war bei beiden Malen sehr umfangreich und die Mitarbeiter haben sich für diese auch Zeit genommen. Hier hat man das Gefühl als Person willkommen zu sein und nicht nur eine weitere Verkaufszahl zu sein. I bought my glasses in September and my sunglasses in early March. Since I have a very high diopter strength, it is not easy to find glasses / sunglasses that I like and that also look good with my diopter strength. I am more than satisfied with both glasses. The consultation was very extensive both times and the employees took their time for it. Here you have the feeling of being welcome as a person and not just another sales figure.
