Wenn man dann hinkommt steht man vor verschlossenen Türen mit nen Zettel darauf "Seit Dezember geschlossen". Das nennt man 1a Kundenservice. Kindly, the branch in the 1st district is still listed on the homepage. When you get there you stand in front of locked doors with a note saying "Closed since December". This is called 1a customer service.
K	Katharina Strohmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Donahl to purchase my stroller about 18 months ago as I thought I would have excellent customer service if i ever needed repairs. now the time has come where there is a need for a repair. i would strongly discourage buying a stroller from Donahl if you expect good service afterwards. The stroller is sitting in their store for over a week now, they have the receipt in their system (which I know because they pulled it up in the past) and are now simply too lazy to pull it up, they havent called me back for 5 days in a row, i got a stroller from them in the meantime for use which was dirty and one of the wheels doesnt work properly , it has been almost two weeks now that i have to operate with this stroller and the last I heard was that because they dont have the receipt (which again: they do have in their system), they couldnt send it for repair. No call back from the manager or anyone who would solve the problem in 5 days. i so regret having bought the stroller there in the first place.
