★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passfoto in Filiale mariahilfer Straße: 19,99 Euro und Fotos ganz schlimm! Fotograf sollte Geduld haben und etwas freundlicher sein und vor allem sollte er Ahnung vom Fotografieren haben! In hütteldorfer strasse ist es super. Da gibts auch mehrere Versuche mit guter Beratung . Bin enttäuscht von Mariahilfer Filiale. Nie wieder!!
 Passport photo in the Mariahilfer Straße branch: 19.99 euros and photos really bad! Photographer should have patience and be a bit friendlier and above all he should know how to take pictures! It's great in Hütteldorfer Strasse. There are also several attempts with good advice. Am disappointed with Mariahilfer branch. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe für mein kleines Kind Passfotos benötigt und hier ist es unglaublich schnell und unkompliziert abgelaufen. Unglaublich liebe Mitarbeiter. Obwohl mein Kind panische Angst hatte, hat es dank den Mitarbeitern problemlos funktioniert!
I needed passport photos for my small child and here it was incredibly quick and uncomplicated. Incredibly dear employees. Although my child was terrified, thanks to the staff it worked without any problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to support a local store rather than buying online so went there to get a Fitbit 4.
2 issues:
1) One shop assistant had a queue or 3 so he asked the other one to help out multiple times. The other one kept resisting, firsts saying he doesn't know anything and then saying he cannot leave his station alone. (There were no clients there though)
2) New fibit not available although it was released 10 days ago

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a passport photo but only looked at the receipt when I got home. The bill shows that €14.99 was charged twice plus €9.99 for a "free" gift (a faux leather photo holder we said we didn't want but the shop assistant said was free), so a total of €39.99. Then there is a €19.99 discount, making the final total €19.99...so somehow I've paid €19.99 for a service that is supposed to be €14.99??? I will try to go to the shop to get this sorted but it is super upsetting for a store to try and trick their customers like this. Shame on you, Hartlauer.

Not to mention, all the people that worked with him were extremely helpful. If in Vienna, DO USE THIS STORE. A true delight to work with!
