p	pretty deadhorse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bankomat ist das Letzte. Bevor man an das Geld kommt wird einem eine Sparkassenwerbung vorgesetzt, welche man extra mit "weiter" bestätigen muss. Frechheit! Der Bankomat arbeitet auch ein wenig langsamer als Modelle anderer Institute. Das Gerät ist aber recht gut platziert unf man hat auch die nähere Umgebung ganz gut im Blick. The ATM is the last. Before you get the money, you are presented with a savings bank advertisement, which you have to confirm with "continue". Cheek! The ATM also works a little slower than models from other institutes. However, the device is quite well placed and you have a good view of the surrounding area.

Der Herr am Schalter wollte ihr jedoch eine Pensionsvorsorge für die Kinder andrehen, da er dafür eine Provision bekommt!!!! Wahnsinn - ich frage mich wie weit die Gier mancher Menschen geht!! Und nur weil man nicht fehlerfrei Deutsch spricht, heißt das noch lange nicht, dass man dumm ist! My mother, who unfortunately has an accent when she speaks German, wanted to open two passbooks. The gentleman at the counter wanted to give her a pension for the children, because he gets a commission for it !!!! Madness - I wonder how far the greed of some people goes !! And just because you don't speak German correctly doesn't mean that you're stupid!
S	Steffi - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Mitarbeiter/innen im Schalterbereich. Man wurde von mind. 3meter Entfernung "gefragt" was man braucht und dann doch auf den Schalter verwiesen! Es waren ca. 10 Personen in der Bank aber es war lediglich 1Schalter offen. Man würde nicht begrüßt sondern abgefertigt! Es wurde immer mit einem Kollegen dazwischen gesprochen finde ich persönlich nicht höflich. Ein freundliches Lächeln sucht man vergeblich. 3 employees in the counter area. You were "asked" what you need from a distance of at least 3 meters and then directed to the switch! There were about 10 people in the bank but only 1 counter was open. You would not be welcomed but processed! Personally, I do not find it polite to speak to a colleague in between. You won't find a friendly smile.
