So Leute sollten nicht auf der Bank arbeiten dürfen. ? I was at this bank on July 31, 2020. The man at the counter was really unfriendly. And arogand. Every move was too much. ??????. So people shouldn't be allowed to work in the bank. ?
F	Frank N. Stein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale war vor Ewigkeiten ganz in Ordnung. Mittlerweile ist die Betreuung hier inkompetent, nicht kundenorientiert und unfreundlich. Aber es gibt ja genug andere Banken, die ihre Kunden noch schätzen. The branch was fine ages ago. Meanwhile, the support here is incompetent, not customer-oriented and unfriendly. But there are enough other banks that still value their customers.
T	Tobi As on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist diese Bank (vor allem diese Filiale) absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ahnungslose Mitarbeiter bzw. Mitarbeiterinnen, welche in vielen Bereichen eine Schulung benötigen würden. Wer Kundenservice sucht, ist hier falsch. Hier wird einem höchstens versucht, sinnlose Produkte wie z.B. Bausparverträge aufzuschwatzen. Unfortunately, this bank (especially this branch) is absolutely not recommended. Unsuspecting employees who would need training in many areas. If you're looking for customer service, you've come to the wrong place. At most, one tries to talk into pointless products such as home loan and savings contracts.
A	A.J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit Jahren Geschäftskunde bei dieser Bank und bin sehr zufrieden,leider kann ich keine 5 Sterne geben da es anscheinend Personal Mangel gibt und nur ein Junger Mann am Schalter steht. Großes Lob an den Jungen Mann der trotz so vieler Kunden souverän und freundlich bleibt I have been a business customer at this bank for years and I am very satisfied, unfortunately I cannot give it 5 stars because there is apparently a lack of staff and only one young man is at the counter. Kudos to the young man who remains confident and friendly despite so many customers

I would warn you that Raiffeisen is one to avoid in general as it has sky-high fees AND terrible interest rates. I have the misfortune to have chosen this one as my "home" branch, and this one in particular is worse than the others; my bank manager is seriously incompetent and also dishonest. When he couldn't be bothered to carry out an international transfer, he simply said that it "wasn't possible". Only when I told him word for word what it said online about the transfer did he concede that it was, in fact, possible. He also refuses to stop sending me spam, meaning that every time I get an e-mail saying "You have an important message from your bank manager", I have to log in to my online banking just to find out that it's junk mail.
