Mit der Umstellung auf nur noch Automaten fehlt mir der Bezug zum ausgesprochen kompetenten und freundlichen Personal mir gefällt nicht das ich alles selber erledigen muß und dafür auch noch bezahlen soll
My dissatisfaction does not relate to the branch as such but to the sparda bank itself. With the switch to only machines, I have no connection to the extremely competent and friendly staff. I don't like that I have to do everything myself and have to pay for it
