Gehe dort seit Jahren hin und hatte nie ne schlechte Erfahrung!! Sehr großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter No matter what the matter is, and no matter which counter you come to, the officials are really all so nice, courteous and especially helpful. Go there for years and never had a bad experience !! Kudos to the staff

I have seldom felt treated as rudely as here! I've been there several times and each time I got the feeling that I wasn't wanted here.

In Zeiten wie diesen muss das einfach lobend erwähnt werden. I really have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised that I was treated so nicely and courteously by the worker assigned to me. In times like these, this simply deserves to be mentioned in praise.

Nach 3 Terminen hatten die Mitarbeiter schließlich alle Infos zusammen. Telefonische Auskunft ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Online Beantragung ebenso. Man könnte wenigstens auf der Website Informationen bieten. Die Entschuldigungen und das Bestätigen der Probleme von Seiten der Mitarbeiter hilft leider dann auch nichts. Das man sich einen Termin für ein leeres Amt holen muss, ist noch mal das Sahnehäubchen. This is MA2412 is pure culture. The employees cannot provide complete information. After 3 appointments, the employees finally had all the information together. Telephone information also nil. Online application as well. Information could at least be provided on the website. The apologies and the acknowledgment of the problems on the part of the employees unfortunately do not help. The icing on the cake is that you have to get an appointment for an empty office.

Online ist das leider nicht möglich, wenn man eine noch laufende Genehmigung hat. In der Servicestelle war gerade nicht viel los, deswegen war ich schon kurz vor meinem Termin (Mittagszeit) an der Reihe. Der Antrag wurde schnell und problemlos bearbeitet. Anscheinend auch, weil ich gut vorbereitet war, denn die nette Dame am Schalter hat sich extra dafür bedankt, dass ich alle nötigen Formulare/Dokumente bereits mit und ausgefüllt hatte. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch und es hat keine 10 Minuten gedauert! Ich war zufrieden! I was there to cancel my old parking permit and apply for a new one for a new license plate. Unfortunately, this is not possible online if you have an ongoing permit. There wasn't much going on at the service point, so it was my turn shortly before my appointment (midday). The application was processed quickly and easily. Apparently also because I was well prepared, because the nice lady at the counter thanked me that I had already filled out all the necessary forms/documents with and . All in all it was a very pleasant conversation and it didn't last 10 minutes! I was satisfied!
