War schon über eine Stunde insgesamt in der Warteschlange, 2 mal weiter verbunden worden und dann einfach aufgelegt. Ich bin WIRKLICH der Letze, der sich über sowas aufregt aber hier funktioniert irgendwas ganz und gar nicht!!! Einfach nur traurig… Catastrophe! Why not just go about your work normally like everyone else? Waited in line for over an hour, got connected 2 more times and just hung up. I'm REALLY the last one to get upset about this but something isn't working at all here!!! Just sad…

In Feldbach hebt sofort jemand ab,dürfen aber keine Auskunft geben .So kann man auch arbeiten, was soll man da machen ich brauche eine Auskunft!!!! Catastrophe! You can call, someone picks up and hangs up right away, and that's how it always goes. In Feldbach someone picks up immediately, but they are not allowed to give any information. You can work like this, what should you do, I need information!!!!
D	Daniel Aldrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab seit Diensttag einen positiven PCR-Test erhalten und bis heute, Freitag, weder Anruf noch Bescheid erhalten. Komme zwar regelmäßig zur Vermittlung, zur zuständigen Peron nicht und falle regelmäßig aus der Leitung. Irgendwie echt mühsam zu einem Bescheid zu kommen.... Vielleicht sollte man mehr Personal einstellen um die anfallenden Arbeiten erledigen zu können! Have had a positive PCR test since Tuesday and have not received a call or notification until today, Friday. I come regularly to the operator, but not to the responsible person and regularly fall off the line. It's kind of hard to get an answer... Maybe you should hire more staff to do the work that needs to be done!

Dennoch ist es eine Unverschämtheit den Kunden am Telefon wie Dreck zu behandeln (keine namentliche Vorstellung am Telefon, es wird einem nicht zugehört, man wird nur angeschnautzt, es wird genervt am Telefon abgehoben - wenn überhaupt abgehoben wird) Niemand der anruft hat gerne Corona und hat sich die Vorgangsweise nach einem positiven Test so ausgesucht. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich Frau Schenk Vanessa , sie war die einzige Mitarbeiterin die wirklich sehr sehr nett am Telefon war! :) Dear BH GU, I am aware that you have a lot to do in these challenging Corona times. Nevertheless, it is an impertinence to treat the customer on the phone like dirt (no introduction by name on the phone, you are not listened to, you are only snapped at, people answer the phone annoyed - if they pick it up at all) Nobody who calls likes Corona and has chosen the procedure after a positive test. I would like to highlight Ms Schenk Vanessa positively, she was the only employee who was really very nice on the phone! :)
M	Marina Mikhail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur eine bodenlose Frechheit! Eine Woche lang versuche ich dort irgendwen zu erreichen, aber keiner geht ran. Ich war über 40 Minuten in der Warteschleife und dann wurde einfach aufgelegt. Ich habe es auch ohne Termin versucht und obwohl nichts los war, wurde ich nicht reingelassen, da man, dank Corona, ohne Termin nicht reingelassen wird. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt!! Just a bottomless cheek! For a week I try to reach someone there, but no one answers. I was on hold for over 40 minutes and then they just hung up. I also tried without an appointment and although nothing was going on, I was not let in because, thanks to Corona, you are not let in without an appointment. I've really never seen anything like it!!

Am Telefon, welches erst nach 10 Uhr eingeschaltet wurde, wird einem unfreundlich gesagt "Sie warten ja eh erst 2 Tage ..." Und es geht halt "chronologisch" ... Eine Freundin von mir, welche sowohl im Alphabet "chronologisch" hinter uns, als auch von der Uhrzeit des Tests "chronologisch" hinter uns war, hat den Anruf aber schon bekommen. Und ich warte immer noch. ... --> Bravo ... Von vielen Bekannten weiß ich, dass andere BH's deutlich effektiver arbeiten. ... - dort muss NIEMAND so lange warten, auf nichts. ... Finde so etwas wirklich beschämend und eine Frechheit. I can only agree with the reviews. I can't understand what's going on there either. You need things for the employer. On the phone, which was only switched on after 10 a.m., one was told rudely, "You'll only have to wait 2 days anyway..." And it's just "chronological"... c	corinna sablatnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über Tage und dutzende - meist halbstündige - Versuche telefonisch durchzukommen keine Chance dass jemand abhebt. Edit - bin auf der Homepage der BH darauf gestoßen dass auch alle Durchwahlen der einzelnen Abteilungen ersichtlich sind - gezielt dort angerufen hab ich in 2 Minuten alles Erledigen können! Inkl positiv -freundlicher Erfahrung ;) For days and dozens - mostly half-hour - attempts to get through on the phone, no chance that someone picks up. Edit - on the homepage of the BH came across that all extension numbers of the individual departments are also visible - I called there specifically and was able to do everything in 2 minutes! Including positive-friendly experience ;)
C	Claudia Krenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man mal ewig in der Warteschleife hängengelassen wird und dann einfach immer nur weitergeleitet wird, ohne dass man irgendwann mal einen Termin vereinbaren darf, fühlt man sich dezent verarscht. Man hat den Eindruck, dass das Personal nicht sonderlich motiviert ist! Um einen Führerschein neu ausstellen zu lassen, benötigt man einen Termin. Cool wenn dann niemand einen Termin vergibt! If you're left hanging in the queue for ages and then just always being forwarded without being allowed to make an appointment at some point, you feel subtly fooled. One has the impression that the staff is not particularly motivated! You need an appointment to get a driver's license reissued. It's cool when nobody makes an appointment!
