Nie mehr wieder werde ich dort einen Termin vereinbaren, nur um dann wegen einem Nasen und Lippenpiercing abgewiesen zu werden und mich von oben herab behandeln zu lassen, obwohl man die Stecker entfernen könnte und als offensichtliche schlechter Vorwand wird mir gesagt ich käme mit einer leicht verschnupften Nase sowieso nicht dran. Danke für NIX, ein Witz! Most unfriendly lady at the reception! Never again will I make an appointment there, only to be rejected because of a nose and lip piercing and to be treated downwards, although the plugs can be removed and as an obvious bad excuse, I am told I would come with a slightly snuffed Nose not on anyway. Thanks for NIX, a joke!

Mal abgesehen davon dass das Personal sowieso unglaublich unfreundlich ist hier meine persönliche Erfahrung: Nach der Behandlung eines Zahns hatte ich immer wieder mal an der selben Stelle Zahnweh. Ein Jahr später nachdem ich die Blombe dort machen lies, broch Heute der Zahn beim essen komplett. Auch der Nerv war nach wie vor verletzt (stellte der Zahnarzt heute fest). Ich vermute das hier gepfuscht wurde! Zahn wurde Heute leider gerissen! Definitely go somewhere else! Apart from the fact that the staff is incredibly rude anyway, here is my personal experience: After treating a tooth, I kept having a toothache in the same place. A year later after I had the bomb made there, the tooth was completely broken today while eating. The nerve was also still injured (the dentist determined today). I suspect this was botched! Tooth was torn today!

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen warum jemand eine negativ Bewertung abgeben kann. Ich wünsche dem Team alles Gute und Gesund bleiben I have been a patient for several years and was always well looked after and cared for. I can not imagine why someone can give a negative rating. I wish the team all the best and stay healthy

Termine dauern ewig, Ärzte wechseln ständig, und als Schmerzpatient sitzt man Stunden im Warteraum obwohl es überhaupt bestimme Zeiten für Schmerzpatienten gibt. Manche Behandlungen dauern ein halbes Jahr nur aus dem Grund weil 3 Termine so weit auseinander sind. Will probably change. Appointments last forever, doctors change constantly, and as a pain patient one sits for hours in the waiting room, although there are certain times for pain patients. Some treatments take half a year just because 3 appointments are so far apart.

Eine Frechheit das man so jemanden auf Patienten loslässt. Als Arbeitgeber würde ich mich schleunigst von so jemandem trennen!!! Just because of the extremely unfriendly receptionist, this outpatient clinic would not have earned a star. It's a cheek to let someone go on patients. As an employer, I would part with someone like that as soon as possible!
A	A.M.A.S A.M.A.S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise habe ich extreme Angst bei Zahnärzten da sich richtige panikattacken entwickeln bei mir bin ich immer sehr skeptisch ob ich verstanden werde . Hier wurde ich sehr nett behandelt und haben mir zugehört . Der Herr Doktor Rosic einer der besten meiner nachschauen da er auf die Leute eingeht und lieber die Behandlung länger macht und sich um mein befindet immer wieder sorgt . Ich danke Doktor und seiner Assistentin so sehr das Sie mir die Angst genommen haben . Usually I am extremely afraid of dentists because real panic attacks develop in me. I am always very skeptical whether I will be understood. Here I was treated very nicely and listened to me. Doctor Rosic is one of the best of mine to look up because he responds to people and prefers to make the treatment longer and takes care of me again and again. Thank you doctor and his assistant so much for taking my fear away.
P	Peter Seifried on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen Termin zur Zahnsteinentfernung. Dabei wurde dann zusätzlich eine Kontrolle durchgeführt und ohne Auklärung eine Füllung mit Selbstbehalt gemacht. Dies alleine war schon befremdend. Was wirklich negativ ist, dass ich heute einen Termin bei einem anderen Zahnarzt hatte und dieser mir kund tat, dass die Füllung wahrscheinlich nicht korrekt gemacht wurde und wieder entfernt werden muss. €39,50 für nichts verschwendet. ? I had an appointment for tartar removal. An additional check was then carried out and a filling with a deductible was made without explanation. That alone was strange. What is really negative is that I had an appointment with another dentist today and they informed me that the filling was probably not done correctly and must be removed again. € 39.50 wasted on nothing. ?
P	Patricia Sporet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es steht, dass sie alle Kassen nehmen, aber als ich Vorort war, hatte man gesagt, dass man keine neuen Patienten aufnehme, nicht einmal mit großen Schmerzen, stattdessen wird man weiterverwiesen. It says they all take health insurance, but when I was there they said they wouldn't admit new patients, not even with great pain, instead they would refer you to others.
