A	Adam Kabcenell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view over the slopes and Alpendorf. Food is delightful and the staff are friendly. The ski on ski off is the main catch for the resort. Having direct access to one of the main ski areas it makes it very simple to get back to the resort after skiing. Situated in 200 meters of the resort you can find both a chairlift that takes you partially up the mountain or you can find the gondola which takes you all the way to the top of the mountain. Making skiing an easy experience.

The food is great, however not at the top of the game (dinner). But these are only small details - overall we were quite happy and would come back any time again :).
G	Gal V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 nights during in mid October. Staff is very friendly, the interior feels new and beautifully designed. In the restaurant, you have a table reserved for you for the whole stay - so if you decide to have dinner in the hotel you don't need to book a table. Breakfast is amazing with eggs/pancakes personally made for you. The "a la carte" dinner menu has many options and everything we tried was great. Big spa floor with indoor/outdoor heated pools. Everything in the hotel was just perfect! I wish we stayed there longer. The hotel is within a short driving distance of many national parks and landmarks. Our room was on the slope, I'm guessing that during the winter it's a great place for a ski vacation.

What we liked: - all the staff was very nice, helpful and always with a smile on their face; -nice design of the rooms; -great view from the garden/room balcony; -sufficient spa area; -great soundproofing; What we did not like so much: - very squeaky floor, especially in the morning because it was not used for a while (at least on room 311); - the fact that the room was not vaccum cleaned every day. The towels were changed daily -not necessary from my point of view and somehow a waste. They were changed anyway even if they were not left on the floor; -in the bathroom - shower area, there was no holder for the shower gel bottle so you need to keep it on the floor; - the fact that on the website the "panoramic cabanas" are advertised as all the other benefits of the Cocoon garden, but when you get there, it seems that the cabins can only be used if they are rented... Overall, considering the value for the money, is a good hotel, with nice and clean rooms and decent food.
