J	Jan Zarnikov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room war directly above the party disco area. It was impossible to sleep. Loud music until early morning. This is not acceptable in a hotel in this price category. Also there is nobody at the reception after midnight - in a hotel where you pay 200+ per night

The woman at the reception was really unkind, because we booked too much spa appointments so she didn't call the spa staff she said we should go upstairs and should rule it. So we needed like 30 minutes for this because she didnt even show us the area for the spa appointments. Then we had breakfast, I think the boss showed us our table, he was really kind but then no service stuff came to our table asked us if we want to have an egg or coffee. After the spa day we wanted to have sushi,we asked if we can order sushi the boy from the bar saif yes of course then he said we can take place where ever we want to an he will bring us the menu. He never came!!! we waited for 20 minute!!!! We got no drinks no sushi Nothing... sorry but if you pay so much for just a spa day you have to be friendly and respectful with guests even if they don't stay at the hotel :)

And when i asking for travelling around here, she just said everywhere can be, any place can take picture. Even i tried ask more. She said same. Bad services with over price. not 5 stars hotel staff for me. She kidding with me just becuase i ask for info.
b	barbara fusato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Fusato....I stayed ther for 4 days...the Hotel it is fantastic..It is big.with big spaces..and for the kids you have got the big space for playing..the breakfast it is super fantastic...you can find it everything....you have got in the hotel everything and the owner they were fantastic with us.and great place for the people will go to ski

Friendly staff, amazing facilities, all brand new and of the best quality, and it has the most impressive facilities for kids (and adults!). The water slides are stunning, there is a kids club, and so many other little details thought for the smallest ones. And then there is the breakfast…we were all without words. So much to choose from, of the highest quality. The Hetterger’s have really achieved an impressive resort, with pools all over (obviously heated!), magnificent breakfast and dinner, and amazing staff. We will be back soon!!!
i	ivan farrugia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from a 6 day visit with my wife celebrating my 43rd birthday at this amazing resort . Beautiful design throughout including a world class spa spread over several floors & a multitude of pools with the infinity pool with an amazing view over Grossarl being our favourite. The the food whether if it’s at the buffet breakfast or at dinner is of the highest quality & superior to any resort we’ve been to & we’ve traveled to quite a few . We’ve absolutely love the fact that the Hetteger family especially Mr Hans greeted us every morning & they’re always around to check is everything is fine . The only downside we had was that our room was in the old building & we didn’t quite like the room . The decor looks a bit old & shabby & when we asked the receptionist if it’s possible to change it , we were informed that the resort was full for our first few nights & then we didn’t want to move midway our stay , In hindsight we should have checked better which room categories are in the new building . But this was only a small mishap in an otherwise perfect stay & we’re already looking forward to return in the near future
C	Christin Robben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful luxury mountain resort; with a great location (right next to the skilift), incredible spa and amazing service. We don't have kids, so we took advantage of the adult-only facilities, but if you have kids, I don't think your children will be bored any second of the day. This hotel is a paradise for both adults and kids. We will definitely be back :)
