Travel Charme Bergresort Werfenweng

Best resort in wonderfully eco friendly Werfengweng! Highly recommended. Love the eco friendly design, allowing the rather large resort to blend right in with the environment. Our room was a panoramic mountain view, and definitely worth it. The room is spacious with a large balcony, set back from the weather so you can enjoy it even if the weather isn't the best. We wished to have been able to use the indoor/outdoor pools, but due to COVID decided not to. The spa is un-textillen (clothes free) so we didn't try it, but the facilities looked first class. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choices. Coffee wasn't that good though, both from the machine and from the coffee pot. We've had good coffee from the same machines elsewhere though, so either a maintenance issue or a coffee selection/grind issue. A fair selection of teas, however, so I drank tea instead. We loved the eco friendly Werfengweng SOMO pass too! This let's you use e bikes,e cars and other e vehicles for free around the area. Cleaning in the room and the common areas was excellent. The cleaning lady was very friendly! The resort is up in the mountains, in a valley. The air is pure and refreshing. The town has many walking and biking paths, that go off in many directions. Up in the mountains, you can pick from a number of trails and spend the day as well.

Amazing hotel, big space for everything. A beautiful view and fun and clam spa. Great food and nice people. A lot of things to do next to the hotel, like to take some trip on a lake and next to big cows

Nice hotel with 3x 22 kW AC charger in the parking garage. The WLAN in the hotel was in one building not working, so I got a new room, excellent.

A beautiful resort! We stayed 3 days. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was really good. Parking was also free for part of our stay which saved us some money. I love this about traveling in Europe! Everywhere a wonderful breakfast to start your day included and parking usually isn’t expensive or it’s free. Only disappointment is that the hotel is rather isolated, which limited options for dining. But the hotel dinner offerings were pretty good.

Really lovely place, and close to skiing. I’ve been here twice now, and the only complaint i would have is that none of the staff spoke english, so getting information or help was quite difficult - however they were very sweet and the place is so beautiful.

We've just returned home today. We stayed 5 days in the hotel. At first I wanted to write a very good review because we really enjoyed the hotel. but....when I returned home, I found that my sports jacket was lost... could someone take it from my room????? Thanks for the answer. But I lost the jacket from our room (number 1116). Gray black Reebok jacket size XS. Absolutely new, I bought it specifically for the trip. It's a pity, of course, that it disappeared, but probably someone liked it too. Anyway, we really liked your hotel and would like to come to you again. I was very embarrassed to ask about the jacket at the reception.

Just Wow. Beautiful location, welcoming and friendly atmosphere, extremely nice staff and the food 5 star! The room is very comfortable and adjusted for ski and winter activities. The spa area is of very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Modern and trendy design of the hotel and rooms, beautiful view from the room, big and beautiful spa and pool areas, super friendly staff, great restaurants (the 3/4 board is excellent value and also there are hardly any alternatives around). Especially recommended for couples, as this seems to be a hotel with less facilities for children and that keeps the atmosphere more relaxed and a perfect fit for a romantic vacation.
