★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment with the building representative to come visit an apartment. We arrived on time at 15:00 as agreed. Nobody showed up, after trying to call countless times I was told to wait and someone would come greet us. Again no one came and we decided to leave. Save your time and energy the building is poorly managed!
