SKY9 Penthouse Apartments Vienna - Erlachgasse 118/Top 57

The administration of this hotel is totally rubbish !!!!!! Help yourself and not to get into the nightmare - AVOID SKYP9 !!!!!!!! there are plenty of choices !!!! I booked a 2 bedroom apartment at SKY9 and received a one bedroom. The hotel staff refused it was a mistake though i have all the booking confirmation stated clearly of the 2 bedroom. The most ridiculous thing they have said was - ONE bed with a twins bed setting means 2 bedroom !!! it is totally ridiculous ! Sky9 asked for EURO 150 security deposit before check in, and promised a refund after the check out if things are fine. I didn't break anything nor hear any comment from the hotel. However, the security deposit has STILL NOT YET refunded after a month i have checked out.

I have stayed at these apartments twice and I cannot recommend them enough! It is always a little daunting when staying in apartments and not hotels, especially when they are outside of the main tourist areas. I found this area (10th district) to be an interesting and pleasant residential area and does not take very long at all to reach the city centre. Vienna public transport is quick and efficient, and it only takes a quick bus ride and an underground train to reach all of the main sights. You can travel from the apartment to the Staatsoper/Ringstrasse within 15 minutes. They are clean, bright, modern, and comfortable apartments. The penthouse apartments have a lovely view over the local park and you can see the city lights and hills in the distance. There is basic tableware , cutlery and cooking utensils available. There is also a dishwasher and hairdryer, as well as a Nespresso machine (coffee pods are not provided but there is a Nespresso shop in the city). The beds are comfortable, including the double sofa bed in the living area. I have stayed both in winter and in summer. In winter the apartments are warm and cosy, but in summer I would recommend ordering a fan which is available from the website. The owner and other staff are very pleasant and helpful people. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the wonderful city of Vienna.

Fantastic experience! I felt at home from the moment I stepped in. Large apartment with modern furniture. Very clean, large balcony, great view and very warm feeling. The apartment is very close to the center, the main central station and the subway (Keplerplatz). The host did everything to make us feel at home during our entire stay. SKY9 has my highest recommendations!

Great apartment in Vienna! Close to public transport and to 2 convenient stores a few steps away. The apartment is spacious, has lots of natural light with a lovely view and a nice little balcony. The furniture is super clean and modern and very comfortable. The kitchen has all the basic needs including a coffee machine, which comes in handy. Wifi coverage spans the entire apartment with no problem. Would highly recommend staying at Sky9 Apartments if you want to feel like home in Vienna, away from the downtown area, but close enough.

We stayed at Sky9 apartments for a week in September 2018. We were most impressed by the size and layout of the penthouse apartment. There were quality furnishings, everything was as shown on the internet and was spotlessly clean. The roof terrace was an added bonus. We found the apartment building very quiet and the location was convenient for shops and for travel to the centre of Vienna. We would definitely recommend Sky9 apartments and are looking forward to returning.

Amazing comfortable, modern and cosy apartments! Well serviced, and equipped! It has everything you need for a short or longer stay! Great customer service all the time! 20 min walk from a great big green park, 10 Min walk from the main train station, 5 min walk from the central metro line to the city center. Super Markets, shops are all around.

We had a very pleasant stay in Vienna at Sky9 Apartments. The suite was very nice and comfortable, everything we needed was there. Very good service as well!

Very unprofessional Service. They sold a downgrade to a different apartment as an upgrade, so we lost 80 euros.
