★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i find it way to expensive for students and for using the washing machines you have to pay 3 euro for every use.However the stuff and the people living here are nice and you are never fully alone when you need some social contacts. friends are find easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I lived there for half a year, end of 2019 until 2020.
Very expensive rooms, you get double the amount of space in Vienna for that pricing. Very loud surroundings (trains, construction area) and very loud residents. They ring you out of bed during the night, just for fun.
Washing machines are expensive and do often not work properly so that the whole room is wet and you have to pay again. If you want to stay longer, you have to pay 180 EUR fee and they charge you around 9% more rent per month.
Only good thing: located in the central area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment equipped with everything I need (oven would be nice, but we do have some in the communal kitchen). Nice community, good location and very friendly and helpful staff ;) I moved in in September 2020 and will be staying for at least one more year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definetly Great place to live. The rooms are a good size, the utilities are all included and the amenities in the building are simply fantastic. But the best part of this living experience is the wonderful service provided by the house manager, Marcel Fischer and his staff. They truly do everything they can to make you feel at home and feel welcome. They are flexible and accommodating which is great if you need those factors when moving around in Vienna. I also forgot to mention that the community of friends and people you meet here are another great bonus and can really change your living experience.
