U	Ultronic 13 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Schnell,einfach,toller Service,beste Beratung und sehr billig. Ich hätte beim Fielmann 100€ mehr bezahlt für die selbe Brille. Es ist auch schön zu Wissen das es noch vor Ort Brillen Hersteller mit einer eigenen Werkstatt gibt. Jedermann kann dort seine Brille oder Sonnenbrille machen lassen, egal ob Mann oder Frau alleine oder in einer Familie, ob Großen oder Kleinen bugget, alle finden was sie wollen. Sicher gibt es Leute die andere Geschäfte mehr mögen doch die waren noch nicht bei Wutscher. Es ist einfach Super anders kann man es nicht sagen. Super fast, easy, great service, best advice and very cheap. I would have paid € 100 more for the same glasses at the Fielmann. It is also nice to know that there are still eyewear manufacturers with their own workshop on site. Everyone can have their glasses or sunglasses made there, no matter whether man or woman alone or in a family, whether big or small bugget, everyone can find what they want. Sure there are people who like other businesses more but they haven't been to Wutscher yet. It's just super different, you can't say it.

Ich war 20 Minuten vor meinem Termin da und man hat sich sofort um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Ebenfalls wurde sehr viel Zeit für mich in Anspruch genommen was ich wirklich nett fand. Very competent and friendly team. I had my vision values checked after an ophthalmologist entered the wrong values for me. I was there 20 minutes before my appointment and my request was dealt with immediately. A lot of time was also taken for me, which I found really nice.

Wir wurden von einem jungen Herren freundlich begrüßt der gerade einen Kunden hatte. Dieser bot uns eine Beratung von seinem Kollegen oder von ihm wenn er mit der Kundschaft fertig ist. Nach einer geraumen Zeit ist sein Kollege dann auch gekommen. Dieser hat uns nicht beachtet und nicht mal gegrüßt obwohl zu dieser Zeit nur zwei Kunden im Geschäft waren . Obwohl der freundliche junge Mitarbeiter ihm mitgeteilt hat dass wir auf der Suche nach einer neuen Brille sind. Zur Krönung hat dieser Mitarbeiter sich um einen gerade in die Filiale kommenden Kunden gekümmert. (Ich denke er konnte sich vor diesem Kunden nicht verstecken da er ihm genau in die Arme gelaufen ist.) Sie haben unsere Familie als Stammkunden verloren da die Qualität der Angestellten sich in letzter Zeit massiv verschlechtert hat. The best way to lose customers! Since we need new glasses, we went to your store yesterday. We were greeted warmly by a young gentleman who just had a customer. This offered us advice from his colleague or from him when he finished with the clientele. After a long time, his colleague also came. He didn't pay attention to us and didn't even greet us even though there were only two customers in the shop at the time. Although the friendly young employee informed him that we are looking for new glasses. To top it off, this employee looked after a customer who was just coming into the branch. (I think he couldn't hide from this customer because he ran into him.) They have lost our family as regular customers because the quality of the employees has deteriorated massively lately.

Die Beratung ist sehr gewissenhaft - allein für meinen Sehtest und die Auswahl der richtigen Gläser (Gegenüberstellung Gleitsicht/Bildschirm/etc) hat man sich 1 Stunde lang Zeit genommen. Die Brille war dann nach 1 Woche bereits abholbereit (da bin ich von anderen Anbietern längere Fertigungszeiten gewohnt) - die Brille von meinem 5jährigen Sohn war sogar schon nach 3 Tagen fertig. Meine 1. Bildschirmbrille darf ich 6 Wochen lang probieren. Nach 2 Wochen Testzeit wurden die Brille nochmal neu justiert - jetzt passt sie perfekt. Einziger Minuspunkt: ich ärger mich, dass ich nicht schon früher Wutscher-Kunde geworden bin :-). Great service, competent team, wide selection of glasses frames. The advice is very conscientious - just for my eye test and the selection of the right glasses (comparison of varifocal / screen / etc) you took 1 hour. The glasses were then ready to be picked up after 1 week (I'm used to longer production times from other suppliers) - the glasses from my 5-year-old son were even ready after 3 days. I can try my first computer glasses for 6 weeks. After a 2 week test period, the glasses were readjusted - now they fit perfectly. The only negative point: I'm annoyed that I didn't become a Wutscher customer earlier :-).

Meine Brille vom Oktober hat nicht mehr gepasst, musste die Brille dort lassen zum Austausch der Gläser, das war am Dienstag vormittags und am Donnerstag war meine Brille bereits in der Post. Schneller geht's nicht, super, danke Symbatische, nice, friendly staff and very competent. My glasses from October no longer fit, had to leave the glasses there to have the lenses replaced, that was on Tuesday morning and on Thursday my glasses were already in the mail. It couldn't be faster, great, thank you

Das 1.x nur zum schauen, beim 2.x über 1 Stunden zum austesten und aussuchen, und heute zum 3. Mal die Brille abzuholen. Ich bin von der professionellen Beratung begeistert.
