f	fabiano sportelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetentes Personal, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Ich wollte einfach die Brille verglasen und sie haben mir gesagt es sei nicht möglich (?!?!?) . Nach 10 Minuten habe ich einen anderen Optiker gefunden, der ohne Probleme den Auftrag ausgeführt hat. Incompetent staff, no helpfulness. I just wanted to glaze the glasses and they told me it was not possible (?!?!?). After 10 minutes I found another optician who did the job without any problems.

Beim zweiten Termin wurde mir gesagt, dass ich meine Linsen vorher 2 Stunden hätte tragen sollen. also wieder meine zeit verschwendet! Unprofessional! 1st appointment I came but the optician was on vacation. At the second appointment I was told that I should have worn my lenses 2 hours beforehand. so again wasted my time!

Nun am 1.2.21 hatte meine Tochter einen Brillenschaden, den ich einreichte. Seit Wochen bekomme ich keine Antwort bis auf heute, wo man mir schrieb, das Pearl den Schaden nicht begleicht. Das ist reine Abzocke und nennt man in meinen Augen Betrug. Für was schließe ich eine Versicherung ab????? On November 19, 2019, I took out glasses insurance for my daughter at Pearle from € 40.00. Now on February 1st, 21st my daughter had glasses damage, which I submitted. I haven't received an answer for weeks until today, when I was told that Pearl would not pay the damage. This is pure rip-off and in my eyes it is called fraud. What do I take out insurance for ?????

Wir wurden leider sehr unfreundlich gebeten den Kassenbereich zu verlassen, als wären wir Diebe, uns ist aber garnicht aufgefallen das, dass der Kassenbereich war. Leider schon öfters schlechte Erfahrungen mit Pearl. Wozu hat man bis 19:00h offen wenn dann nur ein Mitarbeiter da ist, man spart definitiv beim Personal zum Leid des Kunden. Unfortunately, we were asked very unfriendly to leave the checkout area, as if we were thieves, but we didn't even notice that the checkout area was. R	R. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem sich die Schraube eines Bügels meiner Sonnenbrille gelöst hat habe ich die Brille zur Reparatur gebracht. Habe mit Wartezeit + Montagevorgang gerechnet - die freundliche Optikerin hat aber unmittelbar die Brille genommen, den Bügel mit einer neuen Schraube montiert, die Gläser gereinigt und mir nach 5min die Brille wieder ausgehändigt. Und das ganz ohne etwas zu verrechnen :-) Sehr zuvorkommendes und freunfliches Service, TOP! After loosening the screw of a strap on my sunglasses, I took the glasses for repair. I expected the wait + assembly process - but the friendly optician immediately took the glasses, fitted the temple with a new screw, cleaned the glasses and handed the glasses back to me after 5 minutes. And all without charging for anything :-) Very courteous and friendly service, TOP!

Ein freier Mitarbeiter kümmerte sich gleich um mich und hatte somit keine Wartezeit! Wurde Kompetent beraten und bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner neuen Brille! Und die Auswahl ist echt riesig! Für jeden Geschmack gibt es etwas! Komme gerne wieder! I was in the shop yesterday and was greeted very friendly by the staff. A freelancer took care of me straight away and therefore had no waiting time! I was given competent advice and I am very satisfied with my new glasses! And the selection is really huge! There is something for every taste! I would love to come back!

Die Auswahl der Brillen ist TOP - ich kenne viele Pearlefilialen von Wien und NÖ, aber hier kann man aus richtig vielen Marken und Modellen auswählen, konnte mich gar nicht entscheiden ;) Es wurde mir auch wieder ein Sehtest angeboten, der äußert professionell ablief (war schon seit längerem nicht beim Augenarzt), dafür wurde sich viel Zeit genommen. Meiner Oma wurde der Ablauf des Sehtest genau erklärt, auch über den Grauen Starr informiert, trotzdem ein zusätzlicher Termin beim Augenarzt empfohlen. Sie empfand sich in sehr guten Händen! Auch das Problem mit der Gleitsichtbrille meiner Mutter (wurde bei den bisherigen Brillen anderer Optiker immer schwindelig) hat der Filialleiter bestens in den Griff bekommen. Auch im Bereich der Kontaktlinsen sind die Mitarbeiter, der Filialleiter, bestens geschult! Ich durfte einige Marken von Linsen über Monate testen. Weiter so!! Liebe Grüße! The selection of glasses is TOP - I know many Pearle branches in Vienna and Lower Austria, but here you can choose from a lot of brands and models, I couldn't make up my mind;) I was also offered an eye test again, which was extremely professional (hadn't seen the ophthalmologist for a long time), and a lot of time was taken for this. The procedure for the eye test was explained to my grandma in detail and informed about the cataract, but an additional appointment with the ophthalmologist was recommended. She felt that she was in very good hands! The branch manager also got the problem with my mother's varifocal glasses (always got dizzy with previous glasses from other opticians) under control. The employees, the branch managers, are also well trained in the area of contact lenses! I got the chance to test some brands of lenses for months. Keep it up!! Warm greetings!
