My last purchase, like many before, was always great. The steak pan is great, advice extremely competent and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Pfannen sind einfach die besten, weil sie sich nicht verformen, wenn sie heiß werden. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung. Helfen immer gerne auch ohne etwas "anzudrehen".
The pans are simply the best because they don't warp when they get hot. Very friendly and competent advice. Always happy to help without "turning" something on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen in der Filiale sind sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Man wird bei jedem Besuch freundlich bedient und beraten. Die Filiale ist gut sortiert. Einen einzigen Punktabzug gibt es wegen den lauten Mixgeräuschen von dem Smoothiegeschäft nebenan, dafür kann der WMFshop aber nichts.
The ladies in the branch are very helpful and competent. You will be greeted with friendly service and advice on every visit. The branch is well stocked. There is a single point deduction because of the loud mixing noises from the smoothie shop next door, but that's not the WMFshop's fault.

Totally competent and friendly advice. No matter which of the ladies you go to. Once I couldn't open my pressure cooker, brought it there, it was done within 3 minutes. Always happy to WMF! Great brand
