The conversation had never taken place because they interrupted me immediately. They also left the phone on the desk and I could hear them laughing out loud and I only caught the word Italian among others in German. After a few minutes, I hung up. Then I called them again, they didn't answer the phone and I left a message in the voice machine. I sent an e-mail through which I explained to them the business reasons why I was trying to get in touch with them. After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything from them. I've had a terrible experience. I've found their behaviour very disrespectful and unprofessional. According to my experience if you'd like to get information about potential business in Austria, do not try to call this agency because you're going to waste your time. Before making the phone call to this agency, I had got in touch with the Chamber of Commerce in Austria and recently after what happened, I mentioned to them my negative feedback about this agency.
