Der Optiker ist überaus freundlich und hat mich zwei Mal gründlich und sehr lange (insgesamt schon an die Stunde) untersucht. Obwohl das Ergebnis (leider) war, daß meine Probleme nicht durch geänderte Sehbehelfe behoben werden können, hat er trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nichts verlangt. Einen Professionisten (egal welchen) der für seine Dienstleistung partout nichts verlangt, muß man schon mit einer sehr starken Brille suchen!
Because of my vision problems, I went to the VisBar optician's shop. The optician is extremely friendly and examined me twice thoroughly and for a very long time (altogether almost an hour). Although the result was (unfortunately) that my problems could not be solved by changing my vision aids, he didn't ask for anything despite repeated requests. You have to look for a professional (no matter which one) who does not charge anything for his service with very strong glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotzdem ich noch keine Kundin dort war, bat ich um Hilfe bei der Einstellung meiner Brillenbügel. Wurde schnell erledigt, sehr freundlicher Umgang und auf meine Frage, was ich den schuldig bin kam die Antwort mit einem Lächeln "Nichts! Denken Sie einfach das nächste Mal an uns." Und das werde ich!!
Even though I haven't been a customer there yet, I asked for help adjusting my glasses temples. It was dealt with quickly, very friendly handling and when I asked what I owe him the answer came with a smile: "Nothing! Just think of us next time." And I will !!
