Es wurde sich sofort für die Wartezeit entschuldigt und das obwohl ich nichtmal 3 Minuten warten musste :) Faire Preise für eine große Auswahl an Markenbrillen. Das einstellen meiner Brille war ebenfalls kostenlos. Seit sicherlich schon über 5 Jahren mein Stammoptiker. Ich komme immer wieder gerne! Incredibly friendly staff! They immediately apologized for the waiting time, even though I didn't even have to wait 3 minutes :) Fair prices for a wide range of branded glasses. Adjusting my glasses was also free. My regular optician for over 5 years. I always like to come back!

Da ich in der Vergangenheit Probleme mit neuen Brillen hatte, war ich natürlich nervös, va in Bezug auf die Sehstärkenmessung. Zum Glück war diese Nervosität eigentlich nicht notwendig. Es wurde sich sehr viel Zeit für die Messung genommen. Der Mitarbeiter war überaus freundlich und geduldig. Die Qualität der Gläser ist super, dieses Mal hatte ich mit der neuen Brille keine Probleme. Kann den Standort wärmstens empfehlen! I am very thrilled. I had to look for a new optician after 10 years. Since I had problems with new glasses in the past, I was of course nervous, especially when it came to measuring my eyesight. Fortunately, this nervousness wasn't actually necessary. A lot of time was taken for the measurement. The employee was extremely friendly and patient. The quality of the glasses is great, this time I had no problems with the new glasses. Would highly recommend the location!

Alle Schritte wurden ausführlich besprochen und gezeigt, (Hygiene, das Einsetzen und Abnehmen) keine Frage blieb offen. Auch bei allen folgenden Terminen wurden wir sehr zuvorkommend betreut. Wir gehen gerne hin, und mit gutem Gefühl heim. ? Man merkt: Optiker aus Leidenschaft! It couldn't be better! A lot of time was taken to fit my daughter's contact lenses. All steps were discussed and shown in detail, (hygiene, insertion and removal) no question was left unanswered. We were also very courteously looked after at all of the following appointments. We like to go and go home with a good feeling. ? You can tell: a passionate optician!
