Auch an einem extrem stark frequentierten Samstag, top Leistung! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Amanda! Bis zum nächsten Mal! Bin wirklich zufrieden und das jetzt ex! Jo people of today Had to go back to the fielmann, since I have already lost all of my glasses, the young lady who served me has to praise her. Am 14.12. bin ich mit einer kaputten Brille in die Filiale Thaliastrasse "hineingeschneit". Ich wurde freundlichst begrüßt, bestens beraten und habe mit einer Ersatzbrille und sofort erledigtem Sehtest vollkommen zufrieden die Filiale wieder verlassen! Ich freue mich schon auf meinen Kontaktlinsentermin nächste Woche. Thank you, dear Fielmann-Thaliastrasse team !!!!!!! I have seldom seen such a nice, competent and courteous "being in good hands" in the trade !!!!!! On December 14th I "snowed into" the Thaliastrasse branch with broken glasses. I was greeted warmly, best advised and left the branch completely satisfied with replacement glasses and an eye test that was carried out immediately! I'm looking forward to my contact lens appointment next week.

Besonders die Frau Amanda und eine andere Kollegin von Ihr haben mich super bei der Auswahl meiner neuen Brille beraten. Kompetentes Team und wunderschöne Filiale mit viel Angebot. A really great team !! I had to come by spontaneously because of an emergency and the team still found time to look after me !! Ms. Amanda and another colleague of hers gave me great advice when choosing my new glasses. Competent team and wonderful branch with a lot of offers.
G	Gerhard Prochazka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemloses Austauschen eines gebrochenen Bügels einer Sportbrille mit Optikeinsatz, die ich hier vor 2 1/2 Jahren gekauft habe. Wobei ich eine komplette Fassung bekommen habe, den Bügel alleine gibt es leider nicht. Für das Feststellen der Sehschärfe für eine andere Brille hat man sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Dadurch, dass die Optiker sich Zeit nehmen, kann es auch zu Wartezeiten kommen, die es aber wert sind. Bzw. kann man auch einen Termin reservieren. Problem-free replacement of a broken temple of sports glasses with an optical insert that I bought here 2 1/2 years ago. Although I received a complete version, there is unfortunately no such thing as the bracket alone. You really took your time to determine the visual acuity for a different pair of glasses. Because the opticians take their time, there may be waiting times, but they are worth it. Or you can also reserve an appointment.
