Das Schlimmere jedoch sind die schrecklich unhöflichen Mitarbeiter, die sich anmaßen, mit einem Kunden auf eine Art und Weise zu sprechen, die ihnen keineswegs in nur irgendeiner Art und Weise zusteht! Beleidigend und anmaßend, unglaublich! Nie wieder! Despite the obvious modernization, the shop looks gritty. Worse, however, are the terribly rude employees who presume to speak to a customer in a way that is by no means due to them in any way! Insulting and presumptuous, unbelievable! Never again!

K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute in der Filiale eingekauft und war leider über eine Angestellte (kurze schwarze Haare ca 40 Jahre alt) negativ überrascht. Die Dame trug ihren Mundnasenschutz die gesamte Zeit unter der Nase. Auf meine Nachfrage hin meinte sie, sie sei befreit, weil sie Schilddrüsenprobleme hat und Panikattacken und dass sie die Maske nur im direkten Kundenkontakt tragen müsse, aber sie hat die Maske auch nicht im engen Gang aufgesetzt, obwohl ich dort keine Möglichkeit hatte auszuweichen. Ich hoffe, dass die Angestellten bald alle MNS richtig tragen, oder die Dame allgemein von der Arbeit befreit werden kann, sollte ein sicheres Arbeiten für sie nicht möglich sein. I went shopping in the store today and was unfortunately surprised negatively by an employee (short black hair about 40 years old). The lady wore her mouth guard under her nose the entire time. When I asked, she said that she was released because she had thyroid problems and panic attacks and that she only had to wear the mask in direct contact with the customer, but she also didn't put the mask on in the narrow aisle, although I had no way of evading there. I hope that the employees will soon be wearing all MNS properly, or that the lady in general can be released from work should she not be able to work safely.

Als ich das letzte mal in diese Filiale einkaufen war ist mir folgendes aufgefallen: Eine Dame mit Kopftuch hat sich an die Kassa gestellt um eine Tasche zurückzugeben welche sie erst gestern gekauft hat. Die Kassiererin hat die Filialleitung zur Kasse gebeten. Ich habe mitbekommen dass die Fil-Leitung eine Retoure grundlos abgelehnt hat und auf die freundiche Kundin nicht näher eingehen wollte. Die Kundin hat sich verabschiedet und hat die Filiale verlassen. Keine 5 Minuten später kam die gleiche Kundin wieder hinein. Wie ich hörte, hat die Dame scheinbar die DM-Zentrale kontaktiert. Nun war scheinbar ein Umtausch problemlos möglich. WARUM NICHT GLEICH SO? Ich habe kein einziges nettes Wort von der Filialleitung gehört. Weder eine Entschuldigung oder sonst etwas. Sie hatte probiert die Schuld der Kundin zuzuweißen indem Sie gemeint hat .. "vielleicht war es ein Missverstädniss oder sie haben mich nicht verstaden" .. Da musste ich schmunzeln .. die Kundin hat trotz Ihres Kopftuch, perfektes deutsch gesprochen .. Ich werde in Zukunft diese Filiale meiden. Sowas möchte ich nicht unterstützen! VERY, VERY UNFRIENDLY STORE MANAGEMENT !! The last time I went to this store I noticed the following: A lady with a headscarf went to the cash desk to return a bag that she bought yesterday. The cashier asked the branch manager to check out. I noticed that the Fil management refused a return for no reason and did not want to go into more detail about the friendly customer. The customer has said goodbye and has left the branch. Less than 5 minutes later, the same customer came back in. I heard the lady apparently contacted DM headquarters. Now an exchange was apparently possible without any problems. WHY NOT LIKE THAT? I haven't heard a single nice word from the branch management. Neither an apology nor anything. She had tried to blame the customer by saying .. "maybe it was a misunderstanding or you didn't forgive me" .. I had to smile ... the customer spoke perfect German despite her headscarf. I will avoid this branch in the future. I don't want to support that!
